My insurance pays tens of thousands for medication I need to treat my crohns and this CVS can’t even be open for the hours listed on their website. Taking my meds on time is important for their effectiveness. This is the worst CVS.

Pharmacy doesn't close for another half an hour, and just now some cop straight up told me I couldn't come in and get my meds.Why are you letting police deciding whether or not I can get my antidepressants? You can't let underqualified people mess with customers medicine like this.

Service was awful from the moment they opened; zero notion of what a customer is. Decided after a few similarly lousy visits to avoid this CVS altogether. Months passed, then figured I'd give it another shot. Nope, the pits.

the cvs at 1138 N 2nd in Philadelphia has the worst customer service. the women, Alicia sold me pictures that did not finish printing, then got the final price from my ONLINE receipt. After she claimed ‘they are all there’. She did not give me a receipt in the store which she denies. When I confronted her over the phone that they were not all there she raised her voice at me and then hung up on me. I called back and explained that you cannot hang up on paying customers, then she proceeded to hang up on me again. I went back to the store to get a refund (which she said I could do) but then she would not refund me because I didn’t have the receipt she didn’t give me. I also put my number in but she would not look it up. She then proceeded to raise her voice at me and at that time I did not feel safe so I left. I’m very upset with how the store is run and more upset that I didn’t receive an item I paid for. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

CVS on 2nd and Girard is one of the cvs's I've ever been to. The security guard there is the coolest. He helps with everyday store operations and he keeps the crime at a low rate. I feel safe every time I go in there.Props to the security. Thanks for the great work. I hope you get a raise. Or bonus.??

The Pharmacy manager is extremely rude and. unknowledgeable. She tried to tell me aI didn’t have prescription insurance She repeatedly told me my insurance has changed. .When I got upset because I know nothing has changed and I have insurance she called me difficult. She then called the CVS number on the back of my card after I had to point it out to her! We found out my insurance was fine no changes they just didn’t cover the medication. Instead of apologizing to me. She said” do ya want it or not” in a very nasty condescending tone. I will never go back to his CVS as long as she works there!

I recently popped into this location while visiting Philadelphia from Canada and I felt compelled to share my experience after being served by a young man named Jerome. I had a number of questions about a product and Jerome showed a great deal of patience and made sure I understood what I was purchasing. The level of service was beyond my expectations and I felt it should be acknowledged. Thank you!

They put everyone through hell constructing the place for close to a year. I go to switch my RXs over, and they dont even have the proper licenses for my medications. They have been open two weeks.This place just opened and it is already a complete failure. Even to buy something I have to ask the kids at the counter if they are done with their TikTok.

The pharmacy did not bother to tell me that they didn’t have the steroid inhaler that my son desperately needed in stock. The pharmacist stood there right in front of me listening to my five year old hack his lungs out and then let us leave without even bothering to mention it. His ped also called in a refill for his albuterol JIC so that’s why I thought I had everything. They also couldn’t fill hisentire antibiotic prescription. But at least I knew about that. I got all the way back to the car with my sick child before I realized the steroid inhaler was missing. So I called the pharmacy and only then did the inform me that they don’t have it in stock. So it was on to the next cvs with a sick kid. I understand things being out of stock. I don’t understand why cvs can’t call or text to let me know beforehand or even bother to tell me when I get there. I can’t remember the last time I was able to get all of my prescriptions at one cvs. Last time it was the mask my son needed to use the inhaler. What good does the inhaler do without the mask? Why let me come in to pick up half a prescription that is useless without the other half? We’ll be looking for a different pharmacy. I can’t spend any more afternoons cvs hopping with a sick child.
