I love this CVS store for emergency quick stops or just for casual shopping. The convenience of optional self checkout makes it easy for a quick purchase.The Security and good location makes this a pleasurable place to shop.

CVS is one of the few stores where sales associates are readily available to provide help. I really appreciate that. I also am grateful for the hassle-free checkout when I have coupons and sales products are always on the shelf.

Firstly, as I entered I greeted the Security guard who appeared to be having conversations on his cell phone. Secondly, this is my first time here at this CVS so I did not know ow there was ONLY Kiosk checkouts. I asked the guard a question and it was as if I bothered him. We got into a whole argument and he was still on the cell phone. And yes we got loud in front of a customer which didn’t bother him. But he was very unprofessional from the time I came in and not helpful at all?

The store itself is not bad but to wait on the phone for the Pharmacy 46+ minutes is unacceptable!! Not to mention, calling the store directly just to find out what was the issue and for the person to hang up on me is unbelievable!! Unprofessional for sure!

Trying to contact the pharmacy is the worst! No one ever picks up the phone. Was waiting for over 30mins and no one picked up.

I wish I could just post a comment without rating.I usually do not post reviews, but please teach your employees on how to split a transaction. My EBT card did not cover the entire transaction because there wasn't enough money on it (not because I was buying non-food purchases), and I tried to explain to the cashier that they needed to split the transaction and type in the amount that I am paying with the EBT card, and then I can go thru that transaction and put the rest on my other card. They insisted they couldn't do that. I tried to explain that this is a standard register function, as I have worked multiple register jobs and also been in this situation before with EBT. I was treated like I was crazy and the cashier got ornery/rude. Granted, I didn't explain things super well cause I was tired, but that was really uncalled for.I am not asking anyone to get fired or anything. Just please make sure they know some basic register functions.

My 83 year mom pulled up to the pharmacy drive thru in extreme pain. The speaker voice said not only will they fill your prescription, they will get whatever you need from over the counter. This would have been great for her, except the gentleman told her that was an old message and she had to get out the car and come find it herself! This is horrible customer service!

This cvs is a mess there are so many things that’s wrong for one the trash all in the back of the store is piled up to top trash all over the gates needles everywhere it’s so uncomfortable to pick your medicine up waiting in that line the Inside is even worst the ppl have bad attitude la especially the short fat rican lady she walks around like she don’t care for nothing and then gets smart all the time …. This place is horrible nobody is ever at the front always self checkout which is crazy ….. THIS PLACE IS A MESS‼️
