This pharmacy is wildly rude. Everytime I go in person, these people are miserable. Anytime I need to call about a medication, they act like I'm holding their dog hostage. Good luck getting in touch with someone on the phone even after leaving a voicemail as requested by them, and the pharmacist will accuse you of abusing the physician line just to speak with them (which I didn't select, and I'm still shocked over). I am a nurse and deal with pharmacies everyday - never have I ever experienced this poor of a level of customer service for patients.
If your call volume is that high, and questions are so redundant, then you need to clearly streamline your calls so that pharmacists are ONLY speaking to certain callers and some answers to questions are automated. If your staff is that miserable, do not have them picking up phone calls. Do better.

This CVS is located on Harbison Avenue. I went there to purchase a portable diffuser which I had seen on a previous visit. Customer service seemed a bit slow that day. I had to ring the bell to get my item because it was locked up. It took a couple rings for an employee to come. I then proceeded to the cash register to check out and had to wait five minutes for a customer service representative. I had an over the counter card which I cannot use at self checkout. Happy to get my item but that's very slow service although they were pleasant and grateful.

Such a bad experience at the pharmacy! Nick at the pharmacy was so rude he started arguing with me. Me being a medical needs person, I do not appreciate being treated like that.
