CVS is in cahoots with the insurance companies to try to deny your GoodRX prices because they don't want people getting their meds at a reasonable price without insurance. They are contractually obligated to take GoodRX so don't buy whatever story they tell you to try and deny you. CVS is a terrible company contributing to destroying the health of our nation. I avoid unless I have no other choice.

Pharmacy sucks! Arrived at the pharmacy drive thru aroubd 4:40-4:45pm on Sunday. There was a car at the window and another car waiting ahead of us. The car at the window didn't move until almost 4:55. The car in front of me pulled to the window. While they were being waited on the pharmacist pulled the gate halfway down. The car pulled off at 5:02. As I'm pulling up to the window, the pharmacist closed the gate the rest of the way IN MY FACE. I blew the horn and they just walked away. I know they could see I had been sitting there with that HUGE mirror they have outside. I drove to the front and went in to be told that the "system" automatically shuts down the gate amd computers at 5pm. And they could not give me my prescription. Horrible service! This review is for the pharmacy only. I haven't had any issues with the rest of the store. No issues at the Minute Clinic during a prior visit, and Joe who works in the main part of the store is a great!

Went to for a Minute Clinic appointment. The NP was thorough and friendly as well as professional. Would recommend. The pharmacy worked quickly.

From my experience with the pharmacy, I have come to the conclusion that I cannot use their services because I fully believe they would cause me harm due to overt incompetence and unprofessionalism. Today, for example, my wife and I made appointments for her to get a flu and a Covid shot, and for me to receive only the Covid shot. The pharmacy could not confirm, even after clarifying for them no less than three times, who was to get what shot/s. In fact, I don't think they ever fully understood what we were there for, but they did eventually learn for themselves that they could not give us our Covid shots because they did not thaw them in preparation for our appointment. The shots were still frozen. They asked if we wanted to make another appointment, as if that would change anything. If they can't prepare for one appointment, why would it be different the next time? They kept calling my wife "Sofa" for some reason, too. When leaving, I told my wife, "I simply cannot trust my life with these people." Be aware. Scary.

Caremark had me call here to have a prescription transferred here so I could pick it up sooner. I called and told the pharmacy exactly what Caremark told me to say. However, the pharmacy staff member was immediately condescending and told me that they couldn't help me because there was no prescription transferred there. So I called back Caremark and it turns out... it was already transferred! The pharmacist was wrong. I understand there is a pharmacy shortage and staffing problems. I try to do things through the automated system and the last thing I wanted to do was call and request something from the pharmacist that already has so much going on... but why answer the phone with so much attitude? Great pharmacy for sadists!

Pharmacy staff seems overwhelmed, overworked and as if they hated their jobs which makes less helpful and even rude to clients. No accountability.

Pharmacy sent me multiple texts giving me times my medicine would be ready only for it to be pushed back over and over. When I called they said cvs can’t provide this medicine since they don’t have a manufacturer that can produce it. This is life threatening as I require this medicine to live. If they would have called/text to let me know this I could have taken action quicker through another pharmacy but instead they lied about when it would be ready. I only found out CVS doesn’t carry this prescription because I physically called them and they let me know on the phone. If your pharmacy can’t provide the prescribed medicine you need to immediately tell that to the patient not just keep pushing the completion date back. Absolutely ridiculous. This is neglect.

I arrived 13 minutes late for my appointment at the minute clinic due to heavy traffic near Penn (I drove 35 min to get here), and they refused to see me even though the next appointment wasn’t for 40 min. I just needed a single vaccine.I have an extremely unforgiving and tight schedule and did not appreciate the complete lack of compassion.
