Bad customer service. Well there was a woman “helping” in the self service line. She wasn’t allowing me to touch the screen, and I tried to scan my cvs card and she was not allowing me to do that and she asked me for my credit card to make the payment in a very impolite manner. Customer service was very bad. I have never visited that branch again, I go to another one.

Horrible pharmacy!!! The young man who works in this pharmacy is extremely rude and unpleasant. I hate having to get my prescription filled here, but it is close to my home, and my new insurance won't cover me to go anywhere else. The manager has gotten a lot of complaints about his unprofessional attitude, but yet he is still employed here. I am probably going back Rite aid even though I will have to pay out of pocket.

This is the worst pharmacy to use - they never fill recurring prescriptions on time and you’ll have to wait a long time if you have something called in. They act like you’re inconveniencing them just trying to pick up your medicine. And don’t even try and call if you have questions. I don’t know if they all just have bad attitudes or if they’re understaffed but it’s horrible.

Pharmacy staff is apathetic to medical care and wellness, they’re rude and unwilling to put forth any effort in customer care. Pharmacist at Rite Aid and Walgreens obviously have customer service training & can be helpful and polite This staff can’t do helpful or polite or even their basic job function. I’ve never heard I don’t know so many times. It’s scary how much they don’t know considering they’re handling ones medications. The store should just be closed, it’s dank and old. it’s a blight on an otherwise nice community.

The worst physical CVS location.Conveniently located, it’s so disappointing that it’s so small, with its impossibly narrow rows. So much of the products are under lock and key, and that’s if it’s even in stock.There’s usually a lengthy wait at the pharmacy and customer service is hit or miss. And waiting means you block an entire isle. So get comfortable getting close to your neighbors.If only this location would get updated or relocated.

Attention People, CVS has a DESIGNATED Lunch time everyday from 1:30pm to 2pm only 30 mins. If you cut into their lunch time, there is no extention. Plz manage your time accordingly when picking up meds. Any time you take up at or after 1:30 shortens the lunch period. 30 mins is already not enough time, imagine if it got cut shorter. There is no other lunch time. Most of the techs already forfeited their normal breaks to keep up with customer flow. The pharmacy is extremely understaffed and trust if your current tech team quits, it is gonna take a very long time to fill in the positions due to a worker shortage everywhere.

Do not use this pharmacy and avoid the location. Paulina at the pharmacy was short with me and not even willing to help, after an incredibly long wait time. They also screamed customers private information across the room.

We ere very, very impressed with the helpfulness of Jada and Holly, who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us, spending lots of time trying to find what we were looking for. Despite their efforts, however, and three visits in-person this week, the two eye drop products we need are still not in the store.

It's in a convenient location. However, I wouldn't recommend visiting the store if you're African American. Yes they do have African Americans working in the store but they are trained to racially profile other African Americans.

Came here with my boyfriend not to long ago because we were in the area and had a very pleasant experience while here, we were able to find all the things we needed. The store was very nice and they had pretty good stock on everything there too. We will definitely be back again in the future.
