This pharmacy is terrible; they don’t answer the phone and will complain if you call. If you have an important prescription, I’d recommend going to literally any other CVS location.

Pharmacy sucks. Been on hold to speak with a pharmacist for 35 minutes and counting. Pharmacists never have my prescription even though they say it’s ready for pick up? Once had me “guess” which prescription was ready in front of multiple people -violation of Hippa.

The new pharmacy at CVS on main is just awful. There is a kid in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Justin is unprofessional and condescending. This use to be the best pharmacy.

Recently shopped at this CVS and found it very clean and organized. The store manager, David, was very welcoming and helpful. Easily found everything I needed.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Do not get your prescriptions filled here. It will only lead to frustration and several hours of being put on hold.

This is for the pharmacy. I sit on hold every time I call- the last time was 30 minutes of bad elevator music. The pharmacist acts like he hates his job- a smile and getting to know the people who frequent the pharmacy would be nice, but that seems beneath him. I've been trying to get my medication for weeks - yet after three visits and two phone conversations in less than a month- I'm still a stranger- and I find out today there's a hold on my medicine, which I could have resolved this issue if he actually checked my insurance the last three times I went to see if my medicine was in stock. Today the insurances are down; which I know is not their fault, but there was really no urgency to help anyone try to figure anything out.... at least print out a sign with apologies if you don't like talking to your costumers.The store store is clean, but I'll be switching to a different CVS or RiteAid.

Excellent service from Mya the store manager. She is extremely professional, knowledge, and patient. Her assistance personifies customer service and attention. I will return to this store again when I’m in the area.

Absolutely no reason why the store hours online say that the store closes at 11 on Saturdays but the store is already closed at 10. Smh
