Don't get vaccinated on the CVSI had an appointment on the February 13,2024 at the CVS on Cumberland St to get a flu and Covid-19 vaccine. But the responsible farmacist at tht day wasn't very sanitary. He put the basket that the vaccines were on the trash can and after putting on his gloves he touched the trash before applied the vaccine. The cotton he used to clean the blood he put back in the basket instead of putting straight into the trash can. So I hope that basket was clean before he used that.

The security guy is a jackass in this store last night. He thought it was appropiate to get involved in something that was customer services responsibility. One lady just went back into the office laughing checking out at a check out section. They seemingly didnt think about other peoples time!!!

Lines for the drive thru pharmacy are always long and take forever so I decided to go in to try and get my medication and of course a long line inside that didn’t move so I decided to wait til 6pm to come back and try to get them, but once again the drive thru lines were pretty long , been in line waiting for 20 mins now! Horrible!

Awful. Will not answer the phone. New prescriptions will be at least 24hrs before they’re “in the system” (which we all know isn’t how it works). One time I went in at 3am for a covid shot and the guy was super cool and helpful, so only go in the middle of the night I guess.

As far as time goes, DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR RX IF YOU ARE LIMITED ON TIME. THEY ARE SLOW AS DIRT! And one of the most poorly staff cvs locations I have come across! Its almost disgusting. Even coming to the drive thru window to even greet you.

Horribly slow. You will be waiting in line for over an hour to pick up prescription. They nice very slow and don’t care. It seems they hate their job.

I stopped by cvs today to pick up one last prescription before changing pharmacies. And the experience really summed up why I won’t be using cvs anymore after 15+ years of using cvs pharmacies. The service is abysmal and just seems to be getting worse. They never have all of my or my child’s prescriptions in stock. And they never let you know in advance that they don’t have it. It is always an inconvenient surprise after you get there.Today as I walked into cvs an announcement was playing through the store speakers that said the pharmacy closes for lunch from 12:30-1pm. No problem there, I’m thinking. It’s now 1:30pm and the automated system said my prescription would be ready after 1pm.But I walk up to see that the gates are down. An employee then informs me that they actually close from 1:30-2pm. Which would have been really nice to know in advance. But that’s not really cvs’s style. They prefer to keep things like, “we’re closed” and “we don’t have your sick child’s medicine” a secret until after you get there. Now I’m sitting in the parking lot crossing my fingers that by some miracle all of my prescriptions are in stock and have actually been filled when the pharmacy reopens at 2pm. But I’m not feeling too confident. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t end up having to go to a second cvs.Luckily, I will never have to fill another prescription at a cvs. But it was a perfect last visit. Really on brand and a great reminder of why I’m no longer a customer.Edited to update. They did not have my son’s inhaler. No surprise there. But they also claimed to have no record of the prescription order in their system for their location at all. Even though the automated system said it would be ready at 1pm when it was called in at 9:15am.Then they claimed that I sent the prescription to the 4th and Spring Garden location and that it was over there. I assume I must have made a mistake and called the wrong location. But when I get to the spring garden location their staff tells me that they don’t have the prescription order like I was told at the Cumberland pharmacy. They showed me on a print out that the order was still pending at the Cumberland location. So now I’m wondering if I was lied to or what. Why would they insist they hadn’t received the order when the other location could so easily see in a shared system that they had? My guess is that they just didn’t want to admit that they don’t have my child’s prescription in stock. Again. The process to cancel the pending order at one location and move it to the second location is difficult and time consuming. So after waiting for quite some time while a very helpful man tried to fix the other location’s mistake, I had to leave to pick up my son from school. Maybe I’ll have better luck tomorrow and finally be able to get my son’s inhaler.

This place is horrible. They never answer the phone. The pharmacy tech did not know how to do her job. The pharmacist was extremely rude. I will never come here again. I have been using Rite Aid for years and never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Again do not come here unless it’s ur last resort.

Absolutely worst CVS I've ever been to. Our prescriptions are NEVER ready within the timeframe we need them and it often takes days to get it. My daughter has an infection and needs an antibiotic and they said they don't know when they'll have it for her. I wait in line upwards of 30-40 mins at the pharmacy all for nothing. We've used this place for 2 years and I'm completely done with them.

This is one of the worst 24H CVS stores that I’ve been in. The pharmacy cashier’s need more training. A few of them do not know how to apply extra care rewards or bucks. I always have to go to the front. To do it myself. Or get one of the more experienced Cashier’s working the front to assist me. One Pharmacy cashier even asked me some questions about my medication. I’d never seen him before he might have been new. He asked me how long have I been taking the medication? Do I take the medication every day? Well , you tell me Sir since this is a pharmacy. And the Pharmacist usually has the dosage instructions written on the bottles. Also all pertinent information is right in their computer. I am not a new patient. The Doctor list that info on the script also. Lastly the security is so extra. They treat most customers like they are thieves. The security guard just came and stood behind me. While I was looking at various concealers. In the make up aisle. This is done a lot at this location. The employees watch the customers like a hawk. It’s very unnerving. But yet no employee can seem to remember which aisles has what. I was only going here for the convenience of the location. I’d rather inconvenience myself for a more competent, non-profiling environment.

Tried to come in around 11:30pm and it was really crazy in here. This crazy man was in the store and all of the poor employees had to get into their office to stay away from him. The guard told me to please give some time due to the situation which I understand immediately and went to my car. I also called cops in my car and waited about 30 minutes to go back in after everything was resolved and cops never came. Other customers were very disrespectful and gave the young woman and guard a hard time, also using threats such as they will wait for the young woman to leave to hurt her because she told them it was a safety issue. This store should be closed down earlier because this isn’t worth the stress every employee goes through. That young woman and guard did their best and remained respectful just to be yelled at and treated less than human because a bunch of ignorant customers couldn’t wait or go to another store due to this crazy situation they had no control over. Please close this CVS down earlier. It’s too dangerous and troubling for each employee and guard. Please close down the CVS at this location!!

Worst store ever.Came in at 11:15 pm to get vapor max shower tabs. Since someone was stealing, it had every employee in the store behind the protective glass refusing to help customers that needed keys to retrieve items. Something that would take less then a minute couldn’t be done. I would never come back. Customer service was atrocious.

The lead pharmacist Tamer is wonderful and so helpful! He is always willing to help me find the best price using whatever discount cards I have. We appreciate that he takes the time to do this as does Derrick. However, there is one pharmacist who will not accept the discount card for certain medications which means I have to see the manager for those. For the most part the staff are pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. I'll stay with CVS pharmacy as long as I can.

Refused to print the documents even though on the website you can pick this point for printing services. I'm disappointed. Some products don't have price labels. I was surprised that some supplements for vision were in the locked storage. Very inconvenient, because I like to analyze ingredients before purchase.
