me and my friend walked in there with a bag looking to dye our hair, just because we are teenage girls with a bag doesn’t always mean we’re trying to steal!!!!!! this establishment just lost two good customers and 40 dollars worth of product!!!!! a worker followed us around while we shopping and made us feel extremely uncomfortable..

I give this store a 3 star only becauseI asked to use the bathroomWhile I was waiting for my prescription.I was told these bathrooms are not for clientsIt was lockedI thought the reason was to keep it nice and clean.how are you waiting for your prescription OK.To my surprise I was scared to go in and use itIt was filthy filthy nasty dirty.

My experience with this story is 50/50. Inside the store everybody is super friendly and I have always experienced good customer service but the people working in the pharmacy are rude. I was recently in the drive through of the pharmacy I pulled up round 128pm by the time that the pharmacist got done with the person in front of me it was 132pm and he just closed the gate at the window. I understand lunch is between 130pm and 2 o'clock but he could have helped me before closing or said I'm sorry we are closing come back. This is poor customer service ????????

I was trying to look for Covid home kit tonight and went to 2 different pharmacy with no luck. On my way home, I decided to stop by this CVS and check my luck out. Surprisingly, they have the test kits in stock!My 5 stars not because they have that in stock though. I gave a 5 stars because the staff at the drive thru was superb! He was very patient, polite, friendly, and professional. He may be a young boy, but he shows a good quality of customer service to me tonight. No attitude and rudeness. Always put on that smile. Thank you Mohamed.

I came in for my regular refill for my high blood pressure meds after receiving a message stating that I could pick it up today. I went to pick them up only to be told they don’t have it and there’s nothing they can do because they didn’t receive them today. They didn’t even attempt to help me. Instead, they said I could call other locations and try to find them myself. I received a call from a gentleman after I left. He was sending me to a store in Bensalem; when I asked if he knew the pharmacy hours, he told me he didn’t know, I just wanted to ensure I could get there in time since it was further away from me. Blood pressure medication isn’t something to joke about. They didn’t show care or concern for doing their job, never returning there again.

The new CVS had the most helpful, kind, pharmacist, and his assistant , I have seen in a while. I’mGlad to be moving my families’ scripts over there as it is much closer then going all the way to hulmeville road.

The pharmacist who was working yesterday first thing in the morning to the evening was amazing. So polite and professional. He helped me figure out my Rx and even helped me with a coupon to help me pay for it. He really went above and beyond. I have never had such a full circle pleasant experience with CVS, from my initial phone call to Rx pickup, everything was smooth and helpful. This will be my only location I go to from now on. New store Knights Road.

Entering I was greeted by David. He was great, very friendly and helpful. He asked if there was anything he could help me with, let me know that one of my items was on sale as buy one get one 50% off. The store was clean and semi well stocked, (or very well stocked in comparison to other stores the day after Christmas), another employee stocking items was also friendly, and asked if there was anything he could help me with. The parking lot it clean bright and easy to access
