Worse service in south Philly. That Chinese girl that is a tech I think with the grey teeth is so unprofessional every time I'm in that store she fighting with someone. The district manager Joe Flacco is another unprofessional useless one. I already have 6 ppl for a class action lawsuit if anyone wants to join us just leave a message.

Paul the pharmacist on Broad Street in South Philly is the most professional person in the business. Had issues had resolved in less than an hour. Simply amazing person saved my life.

This is a neighborhood hub. Friendly staff. Hope it's here for a long time. They give plenty of coupons and discounts and are well stocked compared to other cvs pharmacies ive been at. The staff is so cool and helpful.

Made an appointment online for a vaccine a few days ago through their online system. I usually go to the CVS on 22nd but for some reason was only given the option to go to the Broad and Washington store for vaccine appointments. I got there early, walked around Target wasting time, then went to the pharmacy for my appointment....turns out I was a SUCKER! CVS pharmacy was completely closed, no one there, gates pulled down. That automated online system only works one way, apparently. Never got a notice that my appointment was cancelled. Unprofessional, time-wasting place.

The service that i receive each and every time is wonderful. The cashiers are always pleasant and helpful. Very clean and organized store too. Always stocked up on food items.

the last time I was there there was a young girl working the cash register and she was pretty busy. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but I needed help with chargers, and she really went out of her way to help me even though she was busy she didn’t make me feel rushed which I thought was really nice.

Filthy restroom!! When I told a blonde female employee and showed her the photos, she was like “that’s gotta be the kids”. I’m like KIDS?! No sorry or I’ll have it cleaned up.

Customer service is good but their stock of items is the opposite. If you check out their drinks, the most it is ever stocked is 50% and never any coffee drinks. Really disappointed since they have parking but what’s the use when there is nothing on the shelves.
