I arrived at this CVS location at 7:40 PM, well before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM, only to find the gates already down and the store completely inaccessible (as shown in the photo). This is unacceptable.
What’s worse is that I could still see customers inside the store, yet no employee came to explain why the store had closed early. Several people, including myself, were standing outside trying to get their prescriptions—some clearly in urgent need—but we received no communication or assistance from the staff.
This behavior is not only unprofessional but incredibly inconsiderate, especially considering this is one of the only local pharmacies available. People rely on this location for essential health needs, and closing early without warning or explanation creates serious problems for the community.
CVS needs to take accountability and ensure their stores operate according to the hours they advertise—or at least provide proper notice and communication when they don’t.

This pharmacy is disorganized & confused. For the past 3 months they have consistently not filled prescriptions without a hassle. Either they postpone or cancel my prescriptions after I've physically been inside the store inquiring about them & then they blame the insurance company. Get a clue!!!

They are the absolute worst! Can’t speak to anyone directly and now you have to leave a voicemail? Why should I have to leave a message about my prescriptions and not receive any call backs? Customer service in this store is at a ZERO along with respect for individuals needing assistance! Do not go here, find somewhere else to go!

I went to pick up my asthma meds this morning knowing that they were ready a lady looked up my info and said I may have some for you ,I said hold its no ready then she said yes right away,gave me my meds asked if I needed anything else I said yes give me a minute as I was getting another person in pharmacy sa.id why she just standing there I got inhaler I needed help ask her if she could help she couldn't my thing is Know your job instead of trying disrespect CVS gets nomore scripts from none my doctors at 49th in Market, I don't tolerate no disrespect at all I hope other ppl in this area see this its other pharmaceutical places in this area THANKS CVS GOOD JOB SEE BOYCOTT IN FUTURE STRAIGHTEN UP

Stock on the website is inaccurate. Many shelves are empty and/or dirty. Checkout took forever. Employees were vaping in the store.

Stopped by with my company, EveryMailbox.shop for 2 M&M peanut bags for my machines. Club stores facing inflation—only one cashier and an automated self-serve system. Waited 10 minutes; might switch locations. Had $3 off from a prior visit.

The items I wanted were there but I didn’t enjoy the checkout. I am fine with certain products being in a locked cabinet. But the associate who unlocked the cabinet brought them to the self checkout & without asking if I needed help, scanned my items. She went through all the screens & even selected a printed receipt without asking me. It was uncomfortable & annoying. And I never had a personal assistant at any other CVS locations. Self checkout is a solitary experience. I didn’t need her help & didn’t want it. The entire time she talked about other customers. Leave ppl alone! I didn’t want conversation with a messy busybody.
