Went to the pharmacy, whenever I go there Ray is Always working hard hand making sure your questions are answered. He is polite, friendly, positive, helpful, and always working hard sometimes by himself.,Ray is a Keeper. He get to know you and your medication interactions.

Worst customer service I ever recieved short staff and the staff is rude look nasty and dirty and need to fill prescriptions with better timing and quality. The young cashier wasn't so nice at all and it's cold and flu season

This CVS experience has been great so far working on transferring my prescriptions from Rite Aid they are going down hill fast, I believe they are overwhelmed and need some serious help

As a provider I'm deeply disappointed. I left a voicemail for a patient to get important eye drops and they said they never got the voicemail, meanwhile days have passed. I had no chance but to leave a VM simply because no one is answering the phones. I've been on the phone again for 15 mins to call it in again and still no one answering the phone. Either they are grossly understaffed or they are having some other managerial issues. I do not recommend going here if you want prompt service.

This pharmacy apparently just refuses to answer the phone. I called twice today to speak to someone from the pharmacy-- on hold over 50 minutes and no one picked up.

Complaint Regarding Service on [On that day,10/20/2023 I visited your pharmacy at 8:30 AM to drop off a prescription for urgent pain medication. Despite the pharmacy opening at 9:00 AM, I kindly explained my situation to the staff member on duty and informed her that I would return at 9:30 AM to pick up my prescription. However, instead of addressing my request professionally, the staff member refused to engage with me, displaying a complete lack of courtesy and respect.As a customer, I believe in the importance of good customer service and professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. My experience on that day left me feeling disrespected and neglected. I believe that every customer should be treated with care and consideration, regardless of the circumstances.I am writing this letter not only to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received but also to highlight the importance of upholding high standards of customer care in your establishment. I trust that this incident does not reflect the values and principles of your pharmacy, and I hope that it will be addressed appropriately.I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take any necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future. Your prompt attention to this issue will be greatly appreciated.

This is day four and my prescription still has not been filled. I did not receive any notification that my prescription was on hold. When I checked the app on day 2 I found that prescription was on hold. I called and waited on the telephone 20 minutes before pharmacy picked up. The pharmacist informed me the medication had to be ordered and MAYBE it will be in the next day. Well, I still waiting on day four. This is the last time I'm using CVS for my prescriptions. I wonder if I will get a SURVEY when the wait is over. Probably not!!!

Why do I need an ID to return an item that I paid cash for? It turned into a whole Karen moment and it didn't have to be such a hassle. What did I do, you ask? Went to another cvs and i was in and out within a minute.

The "pharmacist" was unhelpful and uncaring when I came to pick up my prescription. My order was supposed to be ready days before I picked it up. I waited an extra few days because I know how awful this cvs is. Still, they didn't have my order and the worker could care less. She did not try to find out where my stuff was or tell me when to come back. I had the same experience years ago at this place when I needed to get something for my infant. Avoid this pharmacy like your life depends on it.

I love this place, not too far from where I live, so I’m able to get my medication or a quick pick up on other men-related items or essentials. It’s very convenient and within walking distance. Staff have been nice and haven’t had an issue with them at all.

Had to pick a my mother's medicine. The new Dr got it for me he is very nice and informative. I hope he stays there for a while. There other Dr weren't very personable.

Out of all the CVS I've visited, this one is by far the best with customer service. I've been coming to this one for 6 years now and I live no where nearby.
