I’ve been coming to this location since the CVS near me got raided and closed during Covid. I was always able to get my prescription without any problem. Lately, I’ve been having a host of issues. My insurance has gotten deleted out the system multiple times. I go on the app and I’ve someone else info plastered across my app. I had to change my number because they assigned my number to someone and the automatic system was calling my phone numerous times a week for someone else to pick their prescriptions up. I called and complain and they act like I’m being annoying by reporting this. I’m like I should be pissed off not you guys. Lol!

Quite possibly the worst drug store I've ever visited. Staff is unhelpful and the shelves are not restocked. Go literally anywhere else

Went to get a photo printed, ordered the night before. Said ready at 8 am. Got there at 10:30, not ready. Lady said 20 minutes, so I waited outside. When I went back in, they told me they couldn't complete the order. Total waste of time.

Decently priced and very good selection of items has a bunch of interesting holiday things too when it comes to that time of year, really enjoyed the nailpolish selection alot of unique colors also food section here's is quite big along g with crafts and meds

This is my neighborhood pharmacy but after repeated bad experiences I go out of my way to avoid it. Sunday, however I was in a hurry and just needed a congratulations card and a gift card. Easy, right? Not here. There was exactly one congratulation card (not appropriate to my occasion) in the entire store. And the gift cards were behind the counter. Many empty shelves - it looks like they are ready to close for good. Maybe they should. At the least they need new management. I was told, “we don’t have staff to stock the store”. Wow.

Crystal in the pharmacy is FANTASTIC
If CVS could hire competent employees and people who know how to do the OTC benefits without problems (like other CVS’s in Philadelphia) this would be a five star company!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A young lady named Samanthia at the City Line Avenue Bala Cynwyd location more than helped me. She enrolled me in the special, she helped me download my coupons, she was super quick and super helpful. Samanthia went above and beyond at my check out.
