All of these Pharmacy chains are right now overwhelmed with customers… Corporate headquarters has shut so many stores and cut back on staffing so these workers are always understaffed… However, inspite of these obstacles they do a pretty good job taking care of all the people that come to them…

This store is just not the same without Sam. Twice now the pharmacy has alerted me to prescriptions being ready for pickup for which I showed up and was told they weren’t ready and/or were out of stock. The only helpful person there is Tim who called other locations to find my meds for me to no an avail. I’ve gone over 3 weeks without my meds because of this mess. None of this would have ever happened on Sam’s watch. I’m looking for a new pharmacy now. Any recommendations?

This is about the store, not the pharmacy.They have put so many things behind cases that require a person working the store to take out and there is almost never someone free to do this.Hire more people. This stuff in a case situation means that you need some people just standing around all the time. Deal with paying people for that.

CVS has gotten so big they have completely lost track of the concepts of quality and integrity. Sometimes it’s downright dangerous. Sometimes it’s just deceptive but you should be able to trust your pharmacy… just saying….

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Three times they told me my Rx was ready, and each time I come and then they tell me they need to order it still.

Scripts repeatedly not ready when promised. Pharmacy staff does not answer phones, even after I put a formal complaint into corporate and they confirmed this. Staff are short with customers and generally unfriendly.Update : months later still no one answers phones here. Only laziness has kept me from changing pharmacy. I will be doing so now.

An unexplained event in their system turned off auto-refills on my prescription. The pharmacist told me that she can’t enable auto-refills because the boxes on her screen are gray. The only solution offered was to give me a business card with the corporate customer support number. She adamantly refused to do anything or ask anyone herself to try to fix the issue. It’s my job to jump through hoops to be able to pay them money for my medicine.

Criminally understaffed. Lines snaking through the cramped store as harried pharmacy workers try to pick up the slack of recent CVS closures in the area. Just another example of how CVS at the corporate level refuses to invest in Philadelphia.

Received an alert that a script was ready so I went over around 4 on Sunday, 11/12 and the pharmacy was CLOSED! The front said there was a staffing issue. This is unacceptable! What if it was an emergency?!

I tried to call to see if I can transfer my prescription and update my insurance. I tried calling in two different phones and I was not able to get through to the pharmacy. I tried calling for about 30 minutes after 3…. No one picked up and asked me to hold (that’s has happened plenty of times).

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!I thought I'd switch my pharmacy to my local CVS. I called on Saturday to have them transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. Tuesday, I get an email saying that there was a problem. Wednesday, I spend 10 minutes on hold, but have to hang up without speaking to anyone because my lunch break was over. Friday, I call again, only to find out from a "substitute" pharmacist that my prescriptions aren't even in their system. Rude and inept, I will NEVER consider using this location again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
