Was prompted by the CVS app to call my store to confirm new prescriptions that were on hold. Went in after days of leaving voicemails and never being able to get through via phone to the pharmacy. Was a told that both my scripts were in stock, how much they cost, and was asked to wait 15 minutes. Great! 45 minutes later, the tech who I spoke to when I arrived noticed I was still waiting, double-checked my prescriptions, and told me they were both out of stock. I left in tears - I had been praying for insurance to OK these prescriptions and they did so QUICKLY. But CVS has made it a burden to get the care I have needed. I have twice received prescriptions that were NOT MY OWN from this location, one of which would have been severely consequential if my pharmacist mother hadn’t seen the pill I was about to pop and stopped me. If this has happened to me twice, how many more times has this happened to folks patronizing this extremely busy location? These will be the last scripts I pick up from this store, and through this company.

Definitely not 24 hours… went there around 11:30 pm and it was closed. Waste of time

Pharmacist won’t transfer my prescription because she said that the other pharmacy didn’t pick up the phone and told me to call all of my doctors to get new prescriptions.I guess they don’t want any new business.

Store says open 24 hours but when I went there they were closed ... I came here to get antifreeze for my car because it's over heating & there's employees inside doing absolutely nothing!!!! Very rude & unprofessional!!!!

This location has terrible, ear piercing beeping sounds. It seems to always happen at night and sometimes also during the day

I periodically go to CVS at 43 and Locust Street, since the CVS closed at 14th and Chestnut. I usually find what I am there for. However, I mainly need CVS for my prescriptions, and I must say efficient. I am allergic to sulfur drugs and if a new prescription is ordered with sulfur they are on the case. They will not release the drug until they consult you and explain all interaction with the drug. I appreciate that. I usually get delivery service, I realize other may also, but I receive my prescription in a flash. I've not had a bad experience with this CVS. For that I thank you

I’ve been going here for a year and now I’m moving now and giving various places reviews.I’m giving this place 2 stars because they don’t exchange 100s consistently or provide money orders.Would only usually only deduct 1 star for this. But CVS is a big company so I expect better.

The store seems to be one of the busier CVS’. They are frequently out of stock for a lot of items, including at the pharmacy. I continue to come back because of the staff, from the store manager down, they are some of the nicest people.
