So first of all I have to press the button to get cosmetics about 10 times waiting like 20mins before someone came to help me , then finally when someone comes I get my stuff I go to get in line because I had A LOT of items some store associate(acting manager) name Val..brown hair blue eyes told me there’s only 2 associates on the floor and him and the other guy behind the register so I had to go to self checkout. Mind I had A LOT of items spending A LOT of my hard earned money here as usual. I go to self checkout I ask Val for help several times he acted as if he wanted to help me from a distance. I kept trying to add my coupons from the app but it wasn’t working. So I stood there waiting after pressing the assistance button on self checkout Val stood there and didn’t help but I nice young man named Aaron came and his customer service was PHENOMENAL ‼️‼️‼️ if it wasn’t for Aaron I would give 0 starts and tell everybody in the neighborhood to steer clear as I live around her as well as I work right as UPenn. I’m surely gonna mention it to anybody that mentions cvs in the area. I knew I should’ve just went to the one on Walnut.

Dystopian hellhole of a store.
Most products are locked up and are 100% more expensive than the same exact product on Amazon.
Only reason this store exists is to price gouge.

Extremely horrible experience..... Was accused by several different employees of stealing on several occasions and was even told that my picture was on the door to their office...... All of this was completely false..... Have noticed that certain employees are no longer working at this establishment..... There truly is a God in heaven...... The people who work here make you feel like you never want to come back here to shop.

CVS located at 43rd Locust need to keep there store inside and out up-kept. This is nasty to see going inside the store.

Why is this a 24 hour store when it’s closed half the time? Even to the point managers will lock the doors in customers faces as they’re walking up to it. Either change the store hours or get better employees that don’t keep the store closed half the time

The pharmacy is horrible! Lines are always backed up! The Asian or Korean pharmacist has a nasty nasty attitude. Then it rubs off on her employees because they have a nasty attitude disposition about them. It’s very disappointing that you have to stand in line and wait for an half an hour and then when you get to the register, you are not greeted with a smiling face. They will tell you the medication will be ready in 20 minutes. You come back two hours later and then they tell you the medication is not available. I wouldn’t suggest this CVS TO NO ONE!! STAY AWAY!!

Went here at 9:15 am they had a note saying power outage but had the lights on in the building… every time I think I’ll get my prescription here… it reminds me why I never come here for my medicine only been here 4 times and every time is a terrible experience

This is the only pharmacy in the neighborhood and yet every experience I’ve had has been subpar. The area within the location is messy. The check-in process for vaccines was unorganized. The pharmacist who administered my shots exhibited bad “bedside” manner. And while I don’t fulfill prescriptions at this location, it was shocking to see it being done by individuals who weren’t wearing masks or gloves.
