I picked up my prescriptions in a hurry on my way out of town for a couple weeks. Later I realized one med was missing and I had to do without. Why? CVS just assumed I wouldn’t want it because my insurance would not pay for it. They never asked me or even mentioned it to me. This is not the first time that they made no effort to communicate. I’m done. They get no more business from me.

For the past 11 years I've shopped at this CVS and the service and associates are always friendly and helpful.

The regular store side is fine. As a cvs should be. The pharmacy is garbage. Either understaffed or they just don't care about patients. Went in, was told a 30 minute wait. I sat for 30 minutes and got back in line. "Oh it's going to be a 40 minute wait, we're sorry we're so backed up". When I said that the pharmacist just had me sit and wait for 30 minutes after telling me the same thing. The woman said "There's nothing I can do to help you or make it go faster". I left without my prescriptions, only to get a text 48 hours later saying they were ready to be picked up. I pray that they get closed down with the other hundreds of trash CVS locations. I'll tell as many people as I can to avoid the location on E Cumberland in Philadelphia. Bad attitudes, liars about wait times, corporate greed.

Evette the manager and her staff deserve a raise. Well maintained store. They actually care about preventing theft and keeping paying customers safe.

I have been visited this store multiple times, just wanted to shop around. I met the CSR(Named:Jada simon). She was fantastic, friendly , knowledgeable and very cooperative. As a result, I purchased my daily items with confidence. I will shop this store next time and recommend everyone to go for shopping.

I want to complain about one White male staff at the pick-up desk of the pharmacy area. I have to indicate that he is a white guy, even I should not do so, because he showed racial discrimination to me.I walked into this store at about 5:15 p.m. because I want to get a COVID vaccine. I asked that guy whether I can walk-in and get a dose of vaccine because it seems to have been booked over on CVS website. He had eye contact with me, showing that he heard my inquiry. But he did not reply to me and turned to find something else to do, like talking to another customer who did not need help at that time. When I was about to complain about this, his colleague came and answered my question, who "saved" all of us from this awkward situation. I did not know that girl's name, but I am really thankful to her.To be honest, I think he should at least have professional ethics.

TRACEY IS THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE EVER .!! SHE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN LIFE ..(the whole staff is horrible ) but TRACEY IS SOMETHING ELSE & NOT IN A GOOD WAY .. SHE’S BAD FOR BUISNESS.!!!

An old woman who goes by Tracy here has a very bad attitude. They ruined my passport photo here (it was rejected when I tried to use it). When I asked them to retake the photo a couple weeks later they asked “Tracy” if they can just take the bad photos and shoot new one. Tracy not only didn’t take responsibility for the bad photos, but also tried hard to over charge us. Entered the item in multiple cashiers and was complaining it doesn’t show the right fee it has to be 3 times more!!! She tried to charge the same item 3 times but the system didn’t allow it. Thankfully another person who actually knew how to work with technology came and didn’t allow her to over charge us.
