CVS 3925 Walnut Street Philadelphia PA 19104 need to train the front of the store associates in customer service with helping the customers visiting the store the attitude of the front store staff is unacceptable the way that they respond to the customers its horrible. We have to hold the Regional Management Team accountable for this bad behavior because it's no customer services training program set in place because if it was a customer service training program in place the behavior would not be so unpleasant of these front of the store staff who need to show respect to paying customers

Walked all the way here just for them to be closed before 11pm.

Last night, 1/28/25, 930pm the doors were locked. The posted hour of closing was 11pm. There must've been at least a dozen of us outside of the store - no communciation or sign saying early closure. There were sales associate inside the store and one of them, so rude, when we knocked on the glass to see what was going on waved her hand at us like were a nusiance. It was so unprofessional.

You were greeted as soon as you walk through the door and that was very clean well lit Everything was in place Everything was fully stocked You are even asked if you needed help They said to us if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and it was a very pleasant trip that day to the store One of the best I ever had at CVS

The pharmacists are actually beyond incompetent. Everyone I come to pick up a script I’m there for at least 30 minutes while they try to figure out how to run it through my insurance correctly. Or they give me the wrong medication. Or they can’t find it. It’s literally always something, I don’t know why I keep coming here smh.

Zhanee was very Pleasant and helpful, she even went about and beyond for me to get what I needed I appreciate that after having a bad experience, the help and smile she provided made a big impact on my day she very good in customer service.
