terrible experience. Workers are very rude and will rush you claiming they have to get back to work but are caught just standing talking with their coworkers. Seems like they hate their job lol.

My son and I was stereotyped in this store looking younger than I am, and dressing a certain way, and being an of an African descent, We were watch like a hulk. While the caucasian college student was stealing right in front of the worker, and she said nothing. I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible shopping experience.I needed flushable wipes for stoma care and they were somehow out. How do you it run completely out of wipes???? It was just an all around madhouse; and the employees were not helpful at all. I might look able, but I’m not? And that was just a truly terrible shopping experience. The only good thing about not being able to get what I need is that I didn’t have to give you money.

It’s clean but the store has very low inventory. Stock up! But I will say it’s not dirty like some other CVS in Philly! So that’s a plus I guess?
The only coffee they had was the delight. All the Starbucks coffee is gone almost instantaneously! Due to location

They respond to those “help needed” button quickly, but half of the workers are lazy. Self check out line is a few people deep but the cashiers are just on their phones not helping

A+ CVS for hiring a Beauty Consultant at this store!!!! Kay was amazing and I really want to shout her out today. I came in having a sensitive skin flare up and kind of stressed about it, she was so friendly and helped me out explaining the best lotion to use on my skin. my plan was just to buy the moisturizer, but since she was there I asked her about a skin cleanser recommendation and bought what she suggested! she was so was friendly and helpful, these are the things that make me keep coming back to CVS. Kay, THANK YOU!

I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy before; however, I called today 4/17/2024 around 4:45pm to ask some clarifying questions about my prescription, I asked my questions politely and the person on the phone was incredibly rude and was saying “oh my god I already told you, just call the other pharmacy if you want to switch”. I ultimately switched to a different CVS pharmacy (not for this particular reason) but felt I received unprofessional customer service just because I wanted to double check that I’m understanding correctly.

Just an hour ago website said opening time is 7am and all of a sudden 9am. I waited with at least 2 other people that also saw the 7am opening time. Need improvement on providing accurate and timely information on opening time s, people are depending on this!

The manager Zakia is very unprofessional very unknowledgeable, I asked a question about a product that online said that they had in store, and she said she couldn’t provide the answer then stated that when all her customers asked that same question she tells us all she don’t know the answer, which as a manager she should dig deep into finding out a better response to tell all her customers instead of “I don’t know” and when I suggested that, she showed a very nasty attitude, I guess she was offended and called her self getting back with me by showing a display of ignores. If the general manager of the cvs located on 34th and walnut is reading this please give Zakia training on professionalism first, second, training on in store items ect.

I’m standing outside the store right now at 10:29pm on a Friday and it’s closed? The store hours are listed closed at 11:00pm. So either change the store hours or honor the store hours.

They lock up extremely personal products. I left to shop elsewhere because I was too embarrassed to have a (possibly male) staff member get it for me.
