Zero stars! CVS policy is that if you ask them for the price of a drug etc, they take but then keep your script. They said they don't give it back to you but may give it to another pharmacy if that other pharmacy called them. So CVS actually stole my script. They do this to make it extremely inconvenient for you to get the prescription filled cheaper at Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc. Save your time and money, and consider this before having CVS fill anything.

Never had a bad experience at this pharmacy. The line can be long if you try to pick up at a busy time, but I wouldn't expect anything else. The staff is really helpful and have called my doctor for me on multiple occasions.

Just such a frustrating place to have to deal with. The techs and cashiers I've interacted with are nice enough and I'm guessing the majority the issues I have with this pharmacy aren't their fault, but c'mon it's just so poorly run. They never answer the phone. I just need to ask a simple question about my prescription, I don't want to have to drive all the way over town, wait in line, just to be told "Oh sorry, it looks like it's not ready yet." The text service is hit or miss. Even when I do get text updates, they're only correct 50% of the time. I'm not a moron so I know this review won't affect anything, but to anyone who plans on using this place, just know what you're getting into. Nice enough people but just an absolute head ache to deal with.

The pharmacy at this CVS is terrible. Amateur hour. Colin F, the pharmacist, said "we are all human and make mistakes" when I brought a problem to his attention. I agree we are all human, but perhaps a pharmacist should demonstrate more competency as he is the one filling my prescription. Instead of being so lazy about things, maybe it would be a good idea to take his job more seriously.

Pharmacy experience is never more than a 1/5. They never answer the phone, and everytime I pick up my prescription it’s the same run around, wait in line at one desk for 20 minutes, then get sent to another desk for 20, and then wait 15 minutes for a fill. Today is especially bad, I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year, it’s just as bad every time. Been standing here they said they were waiting for a call from my doctor, after about 25 minutes of standing there I took it upon myself to get to the back of the line, and they were just like “oh yeah, let’s get that filled.” Like they probably would have let me stand at the other counter all day and said nothing. I just come here because it’s close to my house, but I think it’s time I made a change. There is no reason I should be waiting for over an hour and a half for a prescription. Like, it’s not social hour, please fill the friggin prescription so I can do the other million and two things I need to get done.

Pharmacy = 5 stars; store = 1Half the stuff is locked up and employees can’t be bothered to assist. I feel for them as they get a lot of shady characters. Either way, not a good store to shop in.

This review is for the sweet young girl Jade at the front cashier register. She tended to my pretty annoying request of 20$ one dollar bills for cash back like an absolute champ… every other convenient store rolled their eyes at me or sighed aggressively at this request but not Jade! She saved me a trip to the bank on a cold Tuesday night and I am forever grateful. To whomever is Jade’s manager - this girl is a gem and deserves a damn raise. Thank you Jade!

This pharmacy claims they contact you and you are listed as “receiving texts” from when your prescription is ready. Not once. They also have a problem with my monthly script every single time Dr calls it in and it’s never ready. Lot of carrying on and immaturity at this location with young pharmacists who seem to have ZERO management skills. It’s like a middle school hangout.CVS - you need to figure it out and get a corporate training staff in here to run this place way more efficiently. I’ve never had the issues I constantly have here vs my old CVS IN south Philly on West Oregon in my old neighborhood.

The pharmacy staff here are really friendly. I have been here for prescription pick ups as well as COVID shots and every time the person helping me is patient, knowledgeable and offers you a smile.
