My biggest gripe with the location is the pharmacy, and I've given up using them as my primary pharmacy for prescriptions and supplies. They never have my medication in stock, even when it gets sent over a week before I pick it up, and they always send me scrambling to the 10th and Walnut location or further when I was just looking to complete an errand within walking distance. Their phone line is a black box, they almost never pick up when I need to confirm a vaccine appointment. In fact, I've currently on hold for almost an hour as I write this...considering how busy they are typically when I'm in there, especially on a Monday, I'm baffled at how! Either on the phone or in person, the pharmacy staff are either overworked or inexperienced; they seem overwhelmed or out of it when I ask questions or try to find out where I can go to get my medication. As far as being a convenience store, they tend to have most basic hygiene items, medical supplies, and quick grabs (better than going to the 7-11 across the street for snacks). This is the only reason I'm not giving the whole location 1 star. Fair warnings though, it is very dark in there, and the non-pharmacy staff can either be very welcoming or cold. The security guys are intimidating in the wrong way and inattentive, which doesn't exactly help me feel safe.Unless you're just stopping in for a few things and not using the back counter, pick somewhere else. I've moved my Rx to Washington Square/Pickwick Pharmacies, the family operations are so much more welcoming and responsive.

This location caters to tourists, has everything that a tourist might have forgotten. The snack selection is okay. The store was a bit of a mess and the staff were having intense conversations and not focused on customers. Also not a full sized store, mostly just to pick up a quick snack or things forgotten.

I’ve been to this CVS a few times because I worked in the area for a little while and came here to get snacks a few times and the store is pretty nice and neat. There have been times where they have been low on stock on certain items though. It’s very conveniently located also. I would definitely come back again in the future if I’m ever in this area again in the future.

I had one of the best customer service interactions with Siani in the Pharmacy. I recently switched to a new insurance that hasn't gone into effect so my prescription prices were expensive and Siani worked with me to find the best alternatives and plan of action. They helped me save over $250. They were so sweet and helpful.

The pharmacy is top notch. The prices are ridiculous - but it's a cvs, what do you expect? Unfortunate how unhappy all the workers seem - def doesn't seem like a great working environment beyond the pharmacy.

This pharmacy charges $160 for a face cream that should cost $5. Absolutely disgraceful.

The employees didn't know where anything was. No free N95 masks. Took too long to get help at check out. Many items out of stock.

I scheduled a flu vaccination days in advice for last Wednesday at 3:15pm. I arrive about five minutes early for my shot and am told by the pharmacist that the vaccination person went on lunch break and that they should be back by 3:45pm. So I make an appointment (which is required by CVS) and they couldn’t be bothered to send me an update before I walked over? The pharmacist follows up by saying that my appointment would be honored until 7pm that night if I had other things to do. I go and run some errands and come back around 5:15pm. The pharmacy tech then tells me that the vaccination person has gone home for the day, despite me being assured that I could return for the shot by 7pm. I didn’t even bother arguing because the whole situation was ridiculous. I ended up getting vaccinated at the Vybe clinic a few blocks away instead.

Same prescription this CVS charges $70 some dollars for, every other pharmacy charges less than $30. In fact, we had it filled for $20!Before you agree to have a prescription filled at ANY CVS, shop around!

This CVS is located in Old City and conveniently located. However, the store isn’t fully stocked in most departments. There are a lot of empty shelves. It is in need of a cleaning. I asked for assistance from a young, male employee, what I got was blown off by him. He was unprofessional and rude. There were items without pricing. That’s a problem. The store was being painted and there were workers and their materials everywhere. It also smelled like paint. Not a good shopping experience.

I am giving this CVS location 5 stars for the pharmacy ONLY. The pharmacists and other pharmacy staff are excellent- highly professional, very caring, and knowledgeable. My standards for pharmacists are high because, after all, they are dispensing medication! I trust the pharmacy staff at this location.

There’s a reason why this particular CVS is rated 3 stars. They open late frequently, the shelves are never stocked, and half the employees are texting on their phones. The store manager lacks social skills, and won’t say hi unless you say hi first, but the other manager, male (curly hair), is super helpful and always says hi. I think their chain of commands is backwards. 5 stars for the pharmacy though.
