The employees in the Pharmacy at this location are always rude and consistently give customers unnecessary attitude. The only person in the pharmacy with a positive disposition is Ms. D. They barely ever want to help with medications and when they are out of your medicine, they don’t tell you until you come to pick it up and then they refuse to check other locations that may have it.

I was in Philadelphia for the first time for a business trip and stopped at this specific CVS. They're very unprofessional. I came in for aspirin and decided to look at the makeup too because I saw the CSV sale online and it's hard to find my color match. Anyway A Hispanic man employee pretended to be working when in actuality he was stalking me as if I were going to steal something. When I did go to checkout the white older lady told me just to go to self checkout. The only person who was professional and polite was the short hair black woman who pointed out a few different coffee spots for me. My entire trip was lovely at all the Philadelphia establishments I patronized except for this CVS!

Every time I go to CVS in the Rittenhouse location 18th and Chestnut I am always greeted by great people like Edith and Marian who are always moving and so very helpful with everyone. They both are professional but also very kind hearted and my experience every time i go to them is Perfection.

Why are the black employees racist towards Black customers? I walk in and you start following me around, but it looks like somebody should be following you around & y’all all ashy & look homeless. The pharmacy is excellent. You’re watching the wrong people, but keep watching and you’ll catch a discrimination case

Wow! This is the best CVS I've ever been to. The customer service is amazing. They are so nice. I ended up signing up as a rewards member.I've been coming into this store, every few days for two weeks. This place is consistently good.One evening the customer service representative was so animated. Friendly and very funny. I was giggling for at least a few minutes. He was great.I just moved into the City. And was looking for a new Pharmacy. I stopped by and got all of the information on how to transfer everything. They are so professional in this Pharmacy. And very kind.They have a new customer for life. CVS, you should be proud of the people in this store.I highly recommend this CVS.

We came in here to get photos for a passport renewal and it was a fantastic experience. As soon as we walked in, an employee, Juan, greeted us and led us to the photos section of the store when we asked. There was no line or reservation needed. Juan helped us through the whole process including taking the photos, printing them, cutting them and giving us envelopes to carry the photos so they wouldn't get damaged. Juan was a huge help and we were in and out of the store in 10 minutes with our photos.

Visited this pharmacy as two other pharmacy stores just happened to be closed. Ordered a prescription medicine and was told the price. I got contacted again when the meds were available, but the price increased significantly. No choice as it was urgent. Despite the fluctuating price, the pharmacist was polite.

It is impossible to speak with a pharmacist over the phone. I called 8 times to try and get a prescription refill. I was either put on indefinite holds (20+ minutes) or the phone line just went dead.
