Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a flu shot/covid booster. When someone finally came out to administer them she proceeded to start with the people who had gotten there last. Absolute waste of time. Go somewhere else.

Extreme Rude Personal and Service. Expect to bring home the wrong prescription, charge you 100 dollars, and don't accept it back because it has already left the pharmacy, saying it is your fault for not checking before leaving the store.Usually, a month of prescription take me 4 to 5 trips to the pharmacy because they never have them all at once. I called them today because they sold me a medical device I never asked for, and after 24 min on the phone, on hold most of the time, the girl yelled and hung up the phone on me.I have been there at 10:30 am to pick up my meds, and they are not even open because the person with the keys is late.When you ask something to them, no one knows the answer, and they start asking each other in front of you and get uncomfortable that they have to find an answer for you. Save your time and good humor by NOT going there.

My son suffered from infection weeks longer than he needed to because this CVS INCORRECTLY labeled his antibiotics. He was supposed to be taking antibiotics at 4.5ml TWICE A DAY. Here they labeled it the drug to be administered 4.5 EVERY DAY. Within 1 day of the supposed "end of treatment" my son suddenly showed fevers of up to 104 degrees, vomiting, excruciating pain, loss of appetite, inability to sleep longer than 2 hours, congestion, irritability, excessive weating, inconsolable crying, eye discharge, disorientation, loss of balance. We had to rush him to the doctor only to find out the medication instructions we were given by CVS were WRONG

Waiting outside of the cvs store on north 12th at 7:20 am and they're supposed to open at 7am. I hope no one needs anything really badly this early morning because they would be out of luck.

I've never had a good experience at any cvs before so I was so surprised to leave with a positive attitude! The blonde guy at the pharmacy was super nice and helpful!

I have visited this CVS location 4x in the past six weeks and have had excellent experiences each time.I had a particular problem with one of my scripts, which is an oddball which has to be ordered each time I need it. Whoever answered the phone and the pharmacist went out of their way to address my issue on this occasion.They don't answer the pharmacy phone 100% of the time, but their automated attendant is more than adequate here.

Cvs pharmacy has really gone down hill, often times drugs are not in stock. Really defeats the purpose of having a pharmacy to fill your script when your doctor sends over it over. I will not be using CVS any longer and rather RITEAID.

Went in to get my medication refilled and they said it was out of stock and they would order it and call me. They didn't order it or call me. I went in a week later to see if they had it yet and they didn't. They said they'd call my doctor to see if I could take a generic version of my medication. They didn't call them either. I had to get my pharmacy back home (5 hours away) to fill my medication and have my mom mail it. I have now been off my daily medication for a whole week and I am already feeling side effects from not taking it. My pharmacist from back home called in to ask why they hadn't ordered it. The pharmacist claimed she had been on vacation for a week, but my pharmacist back home checked their schedule and she had only been gone two days. This pharmacy is a joke and they absolutely do not care about their customers.

My experience going into CVS. When the nail polished selection is not well stock where I normally get my polish. Also in line when you ask the cashier by the name of Rachel a question she answers what. The cashiers are not customer service friendly at all.

Brand new store. Very clean. the staff are young people who are good at helping customers. Ive always gotten my coupons from the machine and the staff are vigilant on shop lifters. Its also in a very nice locaiton.

A+ CVS. It's huge and very well-stocked. I know it's a new location so I hope the experience I had today lasts with time. For all you college gals, there's a big, big selection of Essie products.
