This place is so welcoming. The associates and manager are not only ready to assist when you enter the store but also know what's needed for phone service. So, if you are having trouble transferring to them, or trouble picking out a great phone even to upgrade, they know their stuff plus some. interested in a Cel. I asked if they spoke Spanish and immediately a VERY FRIENDLY young woman named. Miriam, very attentive and efficient, helped me and I left with my cell phone. Again, I am satisfied, I recommend it...!

I went to this store twice because it's the closest to me, the first time because I had issues with my phone not connecting to wifi, and the second time because the stylus of my LG Stylo 6 broke and part of it is stuck in the phone. The same guy (I didn't get his name) "helped" me both times by flat out not even looking at my phone and just telling me "I can't help you" and staring at me awkwardly until I left. I went to the store on North Broad near Olney and Billy is the BEST guy ever he helped me repeatedly while having issues with my phones. I will never return to the store on Rising Sun, service was absolutely awful.

I drove to this location, that is about a half hour further away than I wanted to go only because I couldn't wait to leave the Cottman Ave location.Eric is the man. Greeted me right away! Told him what I was in the market for. He showed me 2 models. Got the new phone and case...with the help of Na Na!Great staff. I'd go here anytime to see these guys!

Shop around and do your research before you go here. Bought a phone case for 45 dollars and then come home and see it for 15 dollars on Amazon. What a RIP off!
