This is the worst cricket wireless store to ever get your phone at or even pay your bills. First, they are always closed even if Google said their open....they are closed . Which doesn't make sense because if you go to the other cricket wireless stores they are open 7 days a week unlike this one which is only open 3 days out of the week. Secondly, their phones are trash because they break down, lose connections through out Philly and when you use a feature on their latest new phone like for example Samsung galaxy A32 5G samsung pay app; the app make your whole entire phone screen completely black but you still get phone calls and notifications just can't answer or see them and you're out of a phone til they open back up.

Feb. 10, l was helped by a wonderful rep. at the Frankford Ave store. She was very helpful with my account. She was also multi tasking with other customers. Very courteous, helpful and informative. I am very pleased with the service.

I just left the cricket on Frankford Ave where the manager Melissa helped me set up my new phone her service and demeanor was fantastic, and she did this for me on a phone that wasn't even purchased at her store, so she made no commission and still did a great job , I can assure you she will be getting all of my business in the future, ask for Melissa she's easy to recognize purple hair, black nails and just maybe her adorable 2 year old daughter in tow!!! Great job Melissa thank you

Melissa stayed over the time she had to work to assist me in switching my phone to satisfaction not only today she helped me on numerous occasions even when supporting staff was very lackluster in customer service I don't know if she is in a manager but she definitely has quality as one and makes me really come to this store. she helped me more then I expected!!! Keep her!!

Melissa and Sierra were extremely helpful customer service was outstanding and I couldn't ask for a better experience she solved the problem with my phone and straighten everything out for me with my added line and solved all problems I've had for months I wouldn't recommend anybody go to any other cricket store but this one it's bridge and Pratt in Philadelphia Melissa and Sierra or the two most best employees you could possibly have in a store that's so inviting and very professional and attentive and knowledgeable ! I would read it a 10 out of 10 but it only goes up to five stars thank you Brian Smith

Went there today to try and buy a new case for my phone. It's 11am on a Saturday. Doors open at 9:30 so it says yet I get there and there's no one in the store and the doors are locked smh. I call the number to at least see if someone's there to actually open the damn doors and what do ya know, the phone numbers incorrect ?

Hey I had an excellent visit to Cricket Wireless I was able to be assisted by getting enrolled in the government program which is saving me $50 a month! Yes everyone come on down to Cricket at Bridge and Pratt n see melissa

The worst customer service experience. I been to two stores. Tried to port my number over from t mobile not one of the customer service could port my number. The sales associate from this location did not know what she was doing. She charged my card my card three times then refunded my card. Then on top of being in the store for half hour or would have been anther 20 minutes. And she tells me it's my fault! Won't go this store Again or cricket.
