I went to Cricket on 52nd looking to get a new phone and Kanecia the store manager was so helpful and professional. She showed me all the phones I could get and in the end I got a nice phone, case, screen protector and a speaker.

I've never had a bad experience until today..very rude cut me off while I was asking a question on the phone ! I'M very shocked ! But I'LL still use Cricket ..She must be new with no patience ..Retrain or send her somewhere else ! She'll cause you to lose customers with that phone skill ??
