I love cricket everyone who work there have great customer service skills. The only thing that needs to change is opening on time. It is now 9:30 am and it’s not opened they supposed to be open at 9:00 am

I went to Cricket on 52nd looking to get a new phone and Kanecia the store manager was so helpful and professional. She showed me all the phones I could get and in the end I got a nice phone, case, screen protector and a speaker.
