Best cricket store i have ever been to. The girl working Tuesday night was excellent! She literally had me and my son in and out within 10 minutes of walking in and asking for a phone. Highly recommended if you need a phone! Great price ,excellent service ? ? ?

I recently changed my cell phone courier from T Mobile to Cricket. The customer service experience at this Cricket location was beyond my expectations. They not only enrolled me into a great plan that saves me money, but they provided such excellent experience that I will never shop anywhere else but here. I felt really great with plan and excellent customer service experience that I will never forget. Went into a phone store to buy a phone. The woman behind the desk refused to sell me one. Went back for a SIM card and the same woman refused to sell me a SIM card.Save yourself some aggravation and go to another cricket store.

In life, especially times like now, it's Extremely RARE to meet someone who really cares. However, I got to meet the Best Cricket manager/expert this week. She totally understood my needs & addressed them Professionally with EMPATHY. A Blessing indeed. If one doesn't show another how to do something, how will they learn? My favorite radio station is Klove (106.9 FM), and now the K ? ♥️ has more meaning other than King & Kindness. Irony at its finest. Praise God!!!! Chillzzzz!!!!!!! Much Respect my K ~?!
