I have been living at corner grove for about 7 years . The past year since Rushmore has taken over has been the complete worst . 1st and fore most no one answers the office phone nor replies to emails . Service request linger in the portal for months and no one checks on it . People steal your packages , they claim that the cameras are not working which is very dangerous . The elevator has been down for almost 2 months so everyone on the 3rd and 4th floors are suffering . They don’t give any updates on anything since Amber left . But they will sure put a rent notice on your door. This is the 2nd time within a year that the elevator has been down for such a long time and they don’t care. The hot water works when it wants too and they say nothing, it’s very inconsiderate and u professional to take peoples money and they expect certain services and they don’t get it . Fix the elevators , fix the hot water and cameras . I wouldn’t recommend a dog to live here the service is terrible . When y’all decide to respond please respond with an update and not a scripted please call the office cause we all know no one answers .

I moved here back in January, this has been nothing but an unpleasant experience. I should’ve known when they literally allowed me to move in the week after I did my application that this was too good to be true. First let me start with my first issue, in the kitchen when I would plug my toaster up the outlet would affect my fridge & stove/oven. It took them weeks to come out and fix this made a numerous of calls was giving the run around for about a week. Then the outlets went completely out which meant my fridge was out and my oven, contacted them kept getting the run around. I had to move my fridge from one side of the kitchen to the other side to plug it into another outlet so that my food wouldn’t go bad. I had just came in from grocery shopping at that. It wasn’t fixed until 5 days later after putting in 5 maintenance requests. Now the current issue is having hot water every other night, so every night when I get off from work I’m always hoping that we have hot water and some nights we do and some nights we don’t. So it leads me to have to go take a shower at a friends house or my parents house which is 45 minutes away. The radiators are very loud all throughout the day, there’s constant banging and stomping coming from the people who live above me. There’s no consideration whatsoever, also the elevator is broken so great now it leads us all to have to go up all of these flights of stairs and if you’re on the third and fourth floor its even worse. Which we still haven’t received any emails about the elevator being out. These people just want your money they don’t care about nothing else, but yet at the end of the month they don’t hesitate to stick your monthly rent bill in the crack of your door. We get no compensation for any of this, this has been nothing but a nightmare like it can’t get any worse here. I still have 8 months left here and this is gonna be the longest 8 months of my life. I will not be renewing my lease, I will be out of here as soon as my lease is up. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE! Also my name is Camryn Coffer btw….

Since I’ve moved in I haven’t had a good night sleep. There’s banging of pipes coming from the radiators during the day, night and overnight. I’ve been back n forth with management and no results just excuses. I’ve been hearing the banging since the first day I moved in. Initially I was told it would be rectified a week later. Since February I’ve been hearing the banging every day. Now management has the audacity to send a long email with excuses stating it’s a boiler issue and it should be resolved in April. Like what!!! That’s a y’all problem! This apartment was not inspected prior to me moving in because maintenance had ALL his tools in the closet the day I was moving in, the washer n dryer had to be replaced because it never worked. Furthermore. I’m told they do not provide a shower rod, the oven can’t be utilized there’s a plastic bag with nails in that’s still attached to the grill, the pipe under the kitchen sink is leaking. There’s an obese person Who lives above me and all I hear is him stomping all day. I contacted the emergency hotline about the pipe on a Friday. No one inform me that maintenance would come out the next day. I return home to a sign stating they were here n no one was home. They never came back either!! I mean when I say this whole management and maintenance is a joke!!! I can’t make this up! I’ve sent countless emails inquiring about compensation due to this huge inconvenience from the banging of the pipes. No response!!! They don’t want you smoking however it’s ok for the maintenance man to enter your apartment smelling like he just smoked an L!!! Like be for real!!! I spoke to someone name Dovie, who said he knows the owner and was unaware of the issues I’ve been experiencing. He apologized and said someone would come out next week to see what’s wrong. This has not been a pleasant experience for me at all.

I live in corner grove apartments and i can never get in contact with amber or anyone it says the leasing office is open 9am-5pm and i can tell you now it is closed at 3:48pm it’s ridiculous these people just steal money from you and dont care about your well being after that last night I was locked out from 9pm to 12am i had to pay a lock smith 130$ to get me into my apartment when i am suppose to have 24hr maintenance service its in my welcome letters these people are honestly the worst I would not recommended this place to my worst enemy

Don't waste your time. Leasing office has at least 5 different phone #s and they don't return calls from any of them.

My mom lives here and it is such a great place to live that I’m thinking of moving here in October. The property manager is great, approachable and has such a pleasant attitude and so helpful. I love the look of her new apartment and Amber the property manager helped us in a timely manner and was a joy.

The worst these ppl don’t answer phone calls so if you have an problem ur going to be ignored for weeks probably a month cause they have no leasing office they only care about how the outside of the building looks trust me when I say they only care about your money so please save your self the headache and find another place

Apartment is large with red wood floors is the one asset to living in this building … it’s now sold after 2 years of cosmetic face lift to the outside of this building the continuous noise subsided and the lobby work is finished … rentals are all the same & there is a high price to pay for living inside someone else apartment … it’s a place to store your belongings never is it a place to feel at home … it’s never a home & they’re all SRO’s in reality just one more trap inside a society the thrives in oppression and abuses for the profits taken from the workers’ incomes!!!! Hellish lives must be desirable to all mankind because ignorance is surely not bliss!

THIS APARTMENT IS HORRIBLE !!!! CRACKS IN WALLS ALLOWING MOVING ROOM FOR ROACHES !!! INFESTED WITH NETS AND ROACHES DUE TO MOLD OLD PIPES AND CACKED UP PAINT ON WALLS FROM YEARS AGO !! This place is not worth $875 a month !!
