Great customer service , I went on a Thursday and was only in there for about 1-2 hours. Chasmine is also I caring individual she has a lot of respect for her patients and made me feel comfortable in her care.

The workers are amazing. The problem is the doctor. I had to call corporate because he made up a regulation and not an existing rule and denied me from Getting my D02 Medical card For a prescribed monthly medicated and monthly controlled medication given from my Doctor Who I see once a month and have been on for years. This is the same that approved my last D02 Card In which she first look confused And when he went back to check, he claims it’s because he did not know I was on that medication. Let me end With the medication is not tested on the drug tests I’ve driven for UPS Amazon and was hired by FedEx Which she approved that DOT card I took a different job at The time, but when I showed him on the health department page that the Medication He denied me from was not at all prohibited, and it was nothing That said a doctor can make a decision based on what he thinks which is beyond me. That’s really crazy to be honest. This Medication It says on the Health page is the safest and has no non-threatening issues especially when given monthly by a doctor which it is and has been. Corporate was confused like I am i hope they handle this correctly

Service was quick and fast. The sign in was inventive because it was done on your personal cell phone. Chasmine , the medical assistant was nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable.

A least 5 hours to get service. I don’t even know if they merit 3. The only reason why I gave them 3 because employees worked hard with an extra organization but the company is not showing any effort to to make it better places for patients.
