Old school business, they are not happy unless the customer is happy

Took my vehicle for an estimate I never received a follow up phone call. I called them a week later and was promised a price by 1:00 pm. I still have not heard from them. Their customer service is nonexistent to say the least.

Does not pay attention to details. Nice people. But their work is messy. Does not handle the insurance company on the side of the costumer. I kept being told i needed to call the insurance company myself before they handled things. Did not take responsibility for the issue i was left with.
