Coinstar customer help they're very stupid like super stupid when somebody tells you the machine is broken that means it doesn't work I don't know how else to put it stupid people I told the lady the machine is broken down and she was like what does that mean I'm like well to me the definition of broken down means it doesn't work I just throwing the bone out there but I could be wrong
