The service here is really bad and unprofessional. I arrived here yesterday at nearly 4 PM. At 4:30, a girl approached me and asked me to leave because the section had expired. She did not explain to me beforehand that the section would expire soon upon check-in. When I complained to her about this, all I received was her cold face and nasty attitude.

The service here is really bad and unprofessional. I came here yesterday with my friends and that was my 2nd time there. We had already called and asked for availability for 9 people while we were parking in front of the club and the girl at the front desk said “Yes”, that meant she had availability for us. When we came, there was only one yard?! ONE YARD FOR 9 people?! We also complained about this with her but everything we received was just her cold face and nasty attitude?!

TERRIBLE BADMINTON CLUB EVER!!!!!I came here yesterday for the 1st time with my friends and my cousin (they all have been here before) and the service was disappointed. We parked right in front of their place and called to ask about availability for 9 people and whoever answered the phone say YES. Then when we came in they gave us 1 YARD for 9 PEOPLE ? then I cameback to the front and asked the girl in the front desk, she said: “you guys have to rotate because we don’t give anyone separate yard.” :)))) It’s doesn’t make sense at all!!! 9 people in 1 yard and rotate in an hour (the section end at 7:45 and we was be there at 6:30). It’s okay for us to play an hour because we’re already deal with that but at least you need to give us yard for 9 people. Def unprofessional and gave the customer the attitude .Don’t spend your hard-working money here. They only care about doing business in their Chinese community. They don't care even if you complain 1000 times.

Best indoor facility there is in Philly. Spacious courts and they even provide bat repair services.

Club 28 is a great place to play badminton ! You can also get group and individual coaching lesson at any level. The owner Lily is very kind and helpful person. The club has a shop with sports equipment and there you can also string the racket.

This place is awesome. Took my wife on a date here. We rented rackets, bought a few birdies, and set out playing. There are a bunch of courts, so we had one to ourselves. There are some tricky spots where the birdies can get stuck on the ceiling, so you have to be careful how high you arch your shots. They gave us a few extra birdies to use when we lost our initial two. There are dozens caught in the rafters. With a ladder, someone could have a lifetime supply. This was a great, fun, cheap date. Would be perfect for doubles as well.

This is a terrible badminton club with no security whatsoever! This two middle-aged women are very incompetent, wantonly grabbing other people's court, and deliberately hitting others on the head with their racket. The staff even ignored it! Saying that any injuries during the exercise are exempted. If you go to that terrible badminton club, please stay away from these two middle-aged women and take care of your life by yourself!

Best badminton club on the East Coast. The staff and coaches are friendly. Lily does a great job running the games during peak hours when the club is super crowded. There's plenty of benches and shelves in the waiting area too.
