I can not believe after working all day and having to change my check. Who the company have an account . This bank didn’t change it and told me an excuse that was so lean that my 10 years boy can do better. However they so lucky that i didn’t have the time to make an agreement with the manager.Nevertheless I would speak with somebody from the company who have the account and complained.

Great customer service!Jenn Karlin helped my mother and I during a difficult time with the passing of my dad.She gave us excellent advice and was kind and patient. Really appreciated all her help!

This place seems to run in chaos and paranoia. Double locked doors you need to wait to get in. I've been Waiting over a half hour so far to see someone in the "office area" where only one person is working, the others were staring at the walls or their phones, but no customer service . This is why I'm changing to a credit union. I am here to close my account.

Today was a very stressful day. This bank made errors on my checking account which caused me to be late in paying my rent. The bank manager was very rude. At a time when she should have been understanding. In stead they took another customer in front of me saying that she made and appointment and I had to stand there for over 25 minutes. I have been with this bank for over 15 years but today they showed me how much I was not appreciated for my loyalty.It's a must that I close my account there. And I will be sure to let my coworkers know what is going on at this bank

Lady in the front asking me Social Security number front of another customers verification my account. Other people see my information when I wrote in paper. P That’s so unprofessional

Horrible customer service! Employees were extremely unprofessional and rude. My concerns regarding the appointment that I had were literally dismissed with a wave of a hand and was told to reschedule. This branch should be closed!! It doesn’t even deserve one star.

This is a good branch beside the parking its big and organized, it was a great pleasure working with Greiris , she is very professional and personable, she answers all my questions with a smile and helped with every step of the way to open my account and heloc account.
She is the best customer service you can ask for.
