The only lady helping customers that wasn't a teller was doing an amazing job she deserves a raise line was lone but she didn't panic handled it like a pro and stayed in a good mood very good customer service from her Briana I believe her name was young black lady extremely professional and polite very good at her job

Terrible customer service. Always wondered what would happen if an ATM machine didn't have enough money? I found out the hard way. I went to the Citizens Bank ATM at 11 p.m. Wednesay night, hit "fast cash" for $60, the roller spit out no money and I got a receipt for $60 less in my account than I had a minute ago. Then the screen flashes "unable to dispense funds. Please contact your bank." Waited for the place to open and then went in with my documentation (receipt and printout of my account) and expected them to say, "Sorry, sir, here's your $60." Instead, they said "we're going to file a claim and you will find out by email what happened tomorrow." Huh? I know what happened. Citizens Bank took my money. Then the said "it's a process and you'll get your money in 10 days." Process? Ten days? I told them it was Citizens Bank's problem not. mine. Do not recommend using the ATM machine here or at any Citizens Bank and the customer servcie was ridiculous considering it was the bank's problem, not mine.

Lol the low reviews are so true, Susan that works there should change her name to Karen. Needs to get fired ?This lady is so condescending and rude, doesn’t want to cash a check because she doesn’t have the mental capacity to read one of the numbers. Go back to school if you have trouble reading that’s on her. Made me wait almost half an hour just to get denied DONT GO HERE. Worst bank ever avoid.

The staff was great when I opened my accounts, the only issue is with the bank's security flaws. After I opened my checking and savings, I kept getting numerouos fradulent attempts via text messages. Text messages with alerts that something was changed and to click here. I knew these were fradulent attempt, but how did they get my cell number. This bank must have a bad actor inside, trying to get customer's information. I have other bank accounts with other banks, and I have never ran into this issue. I closed my accounts, and never again going to open a new one with Citizens Bank.

You will wait forever while one rep chats it up for over an hour and the other hides in a closet. And then they will expect you to apologize for needing something that takes less than 5 minutes and should be a task for the counter staff. Awful, awful attitudes.

I went through drive through today to make a payment of $3,500 in cash. The cashier told me that I have to go inside. I did not know there is limit on cash payment on drive through. I never had to do that with any other bank that I have business with.

Waste of time… they did a mistake with opening my business account. After one month of waiting I still didn’t receive a statement and now my online account is pending.
