My wife had to conduct some business at this particular branch. Manager Ms. Kenya Thompson assisted my wife. Ms. Kenya had very polite disposition. Thank you so much for dealing my wife in kindness and helping her to accomplish her goal.

Really great bank, also very convenient for me being within a 3 block radius. Banking teller always nice named Marco. I had a double debited situation he was able to calm me down. He really helped me with my situation.

This bank is alright.The tellers at the window are usually pretty friendly and very helpful. I like this bank. Same thing at customer service. Customer service there is excellent.They're alright in there, give them a chance, they're good people that work there.
