I just want to Acknowledge the great experience I had on my first time visit to this particular Citizen's bank branch I was in a time crunch on a limited break from work and I thank God it was in my path and that I came at the right time because I was able to go straight to a teller " BingNa Yang" whom I give a huge Thanks for her patience professionalism and her diligence in helping me cash a sizeable check and a huge Thanks to branch manager Patrick J.R for assisting BingNa with my transaction they left a very positive impression on me and that says alot keep up the great job that you displayed it was well recognized and noted !

Horriable Service, teller was rude and condescending. Made a huge deal about me not having a mask on(which I had no problem putting on) but the tellers mask was on her chin. Every time I try giving this location a chance they let me down.
