The people there are friendly but have no regard for privacy. Why do you ask your customers out loud the amount of cash they’d like to withdraw, in earshot of others? Why when someone is making a deposit do you comment on the large amount of money someone is depositing and them promote whatever investment options you have. Maybe you’d like everyone to get robbed, that’s the only thing that makes sense. G-H-E-T-T-O

I hate this branch , the Asian woman who works here can never help , she always saying her computer messed up and is down and to come back in the middle of transactions , she’s done this about three times . I called and got the help I needed remotely . I’ll never go to this branch again , I’ve been banking over 6 years and now I move here and have problems with this branch.

Let me tell you, the experience I had with this branch was absolutely wonderful!! To say the least. I had an issue with my current banking establishment, because of a issue I had in the past with citizens. When I went in I was helped by a gentleman name Sean D. Guardiano, i explained my issue and he seamlessly fixed the problem! I was absolutely amazed how sharp and helpful he was. I appreciate good service but when it's exceptional it deserves to be spread. I thank you Mr. Guardiano for you time in my matter. Your time was very much appreciated. You are the model employee I strive to be in my own career. It's people like you who make a difference just so people can see a difference! Citizens, you have a valued employee!
