The "personal" banker at this location, as well as the pretty much the entire staff are dismissive and rude. Unfortunately this is not the first time I've experienced this. After this months financial obligations are met I will be switching banks to MB&T. Good bye and good riddens Citizens Bank.

Besides being commercial customers and maintaining an average 250K balance in my commercial checking account, my wife and I had large personal accounts with Citizens and hold stock. Our troubles started when the joint checking account we used exclusively for travel and so rarely check was hacked. I caught the fraudulent charges on our joint account and was refunded the first time by Citizens and issued a new card. I never used the new card and 4 months elapsed before we looked at the account again as we were not traveling. Citizens foolishly gave Visa permission to give the past companies recurringly charging the card the new card number. The only people were the past criminals charging the old card and they racked up $900 in new charges before I checked the presumably dormant account. When this was brought to Citizens attention, they said the fraud charges were past 60 days old, refused to refund us, and took no responsibility. Even though they admitted being responsible for giving my new card number to the criminals that charged it the first time. Needless to say, we are closing all our accounts and selling our Citizens stock. This company is not the same stable company that I worked with for years and invested in. I predict a grim future for them.

1)The Mac machine hallway space smell like the subway, they need to clean up and have respect for themselves at this bank2)I gave the money into the ATM, but the cash got stuck in the ATM and didnt show up in my account for 2 weeks3)) when I was a new credit card holder with Citizens, customer service answered the phone and answered my questions less than 10 minutes. Now that I am active credit card holder with Citizens, my hold times to speak to a real person have been 10-110 minutes.4)when I first got my credit card they told me I can do a balance transfer of my old Chase card and it would be easy and fast. It took 3 weeks to get my card in the mail and I couldn't even use it when I called the 1888 number to do the transfer the online people told me I had to wait more 2-3 weeks for some check. My credit dropped and my interest went crazy high on me and now I'm struggling to pay my bill off I shouldn't have come there bro

Citizens cashed a fabricated check against my account. This was a bad banking experience made worse by the University branch. There is no branch manager, just a "teller on duty" who is unprofessional and downright nasty. She covers up for her own lack of knowledge by not allowing you to speak, then has the nerve to say 'have a blessed day' while she turns her back on you. I finally got my problem resolved but not at this branch. Still, that Citizens would allow someone like that to represent them has motivated me to switch banks.

To be honest, the bank (as in citizens as a whole) itself has some issues, but Tisha was phenomenal! She helped me setup a business checking account, and was very patient with me! Very helpful, and would definitely reach out again if I have any questions or other banking needs. 100% recommend Tisha, very nice and easy-going :)

Incredible poor location. I went over there once. I got wrong ATM. Names on ATM were misspelled so badly. Called twice. Staff suggested I go to other bank. Twice, i was put on hold to talk to manager but after long wait I just gave up

This Bank is absolutely HORRENDOUS. I rec'd a mailing sent directly to my home address which promised a sign-up bonus, which I actually brought to the bank and confirmed with the teller - hey, this is what I'm signing up for. To make a long story short, I followed all of the guidelines, confirmed with each time I made a deposit I was following the guidelines and then, lo and behold, 4 months after the bonus was promised to have been paid by them, not only have they NOT paid it but they have repeatedly shown a complete lack of courtesy or cooperation in getting this extremely straightforward issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS BANK, EVER!!!

This is a bank that banks on their customers over draft fees. I live check to check like most and when holidays come sometime there's a delay in in direct deposit posting. Bills on auto pay will still post and would usually be covered, but due to delay in deposit posting due to holiday I encountered fees. I do no have overdraft protection but they still paid bill and charged me a fee. When inquiring about fee reimbursement due to holiday pay delay. Bank refused to refund. I will not continue to bank with Citizen's because it seems their more for profit then keeping their customers. I'm closing this account. I do not recommend this bank.

They are not customer focused. They are mechanical. They levy fines against the poor and elderly, and hope nobody catches wind of their rank immorality. If you enjoy devil spawn, consider working with this bank.
