Staff was able to resolve an issue with my debit card very efficiently and quickly. The bank representative also offered options that helped in the management of our accounts. The staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. We’re happy to have chosen this branch for our banking needs.

Warm friendly inviting atmosphere!! The staff is amazing at this Citizens branch, from the guard to the tellers and bankers greeting you upon entrance of the branch. Staff makes you feel like family, sitting you down to talk in the “Living-room/Family-room set up” Great location on South Street and great energy staff!!!
