I would absolutely recommend buying from Ciocca Subaru of Philly. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car & this is my 4th car. Can't say enough good things about Wyatt A. in sales. He was the nicest person to work with & was super helpful when I had additional questions several weeks after the purchase. Zach H. was also wonderful at going over the features of my Forester & answering any questions that I had. I look forward to returning for all my service needs in the future. Thanks again to all who made my buying experience a smooth one.

Excellent service, they treat you like family. But when it comes time to get the numbers for the purchase, everything becomes dark, the system begins to fail in their favor, never in your favor, do not do business here, I recommend that you be prepared so that you do not pay more than fair. After 4 hours at the agency I left without doing business. I bought another brand .

I was in Philly for a concert on the 2nd of April. On the 3rd, my friend and I got into my car to drive, first to Upper Westchester, NY and then for me to drive to my home, MidCoast , Maine . The engine light was on with one of those blinking pictures, intended to scare the driver into doing something IMMEDIATELY! I called Ciocca Subaru. They said bring it in and they would see what they could do. Well ....I've heard that before.... I drove into their work bays and was met by Meghan, who immediately began to take my information and the car's vitals. Ushered to a clean and spacious waiting room, with, of course, new models we could look at and wish we could afford, cups of hot coffee, cocoa, mocha, or tea, and bottled water, and snacks, we sat in comfortable chairs, and waited. Meghan soon came, told me what was wrong and they had all but one part to fix the car, and they were trying to get that part. That part was for another customer. They called and got permission to use it for my car so we could be on our way that afternoon. My great thanks to Ciocca Subaru of Philadelphia, and that understanding customer. I hope they give her/he my great thanks. I really like my Stanley Subaru in Ellsworth, Maine, and Suburban Subaru in Vernon , CT, which has helped me in a pinch. Ciocca Subaru is also such a wonderful place, that I am thankful, more than ever that I have a Subaru. Thank you Ciocca Subaru.

Take your business literally anywhere else. I purchased a used 2013 Subaru Forester in June 2023 (~100k miles) for $12,500. It had some wear and tear on it but was in mostly great condition; Subarus are tough. The original sale went smoothly enough (even after the first car we were working on was sold out from under me because the sales agent never communicated within the timeframe he had established...this will become a recurring theme here). I had taken it for servicing in August/September 2023 for a rumbling in the back, which I have since learned is related to the muffler and not the $500+ they charged me to repair/replace something with the axel system. When I brought it back in November 2023 for an oil change, the noise still persisted, in addition to another sound coming from the hood. I was then told I was looking at a $13,000 (read: more than what I had paid for the car) engine replacement. For the next three weeks leading up to the holidays, I was passed around between four separate people/teams at the dealership, having to re-explain the situation every single time and being told that I would hear back from them within certain time windows (none of which ever happened). It was clear nobody was talking to each other, nobody was working on any sort of solution that wouldn't effectively bankrupt me, and everybody was trying to make this go away. At one point they offered to buy the car back from me for half of what they had sold it to me only 6 months prior, and then help me get into a new vehicle with a new loan that would nearly double my outstanding debt by $11,000 (and give them another sale). I have never been treated on a more subhuman level than by the people at this dealership. Eric (GM) repeatedly asserted his authority over me by telling me "I've been in this business for 15 years" (while also claiming to not have one single industry partner that could help when I asked if there were creative solutions to the fixes needed). At one point he went so far as to say "we can have this conversation man to man" or he would "hang up the phone and never speak to you again." All I wanted was some sort of meeting of the minds to work through what I was told by several employees was "a very unique situation." All they wanted was to focus on their bottom line and claim no responsibility over helping a customer they had just sold to a half year ago. It was an emotional nightmare for me that they were happy washing their hands of. Their 100% customer satisfaction promise is a complete joke, and I would advise anybody to stay as far away as possible from them.

Ask for Dave Allison! He was great and made my whole experience feel personal and not transactional. One main example was that he personally drove to another store to pick up my vehicle a week earlier than originally scheduled, which was above and beyond my expectations.Gio from the finance side was very helpful and clearly answered my questions and reassured me with my decisions.Overall would recommend this location and Ciocca organization to anybody and everybody!

Top notch sales experience at Ciocca Subaru. Eddie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The Ciocca team was so welcoming and really made my experience memorable..I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the building..such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He even made sure I had a blue bow on the car due to my Penn State affiliation!! Michael made the paperwork process seamless. Additionally. Ciocca proudly partners with PAWS animal rescue in Philadelphia and Penn State University! I would highly recommend Ciocca to everyone!WE ARE PENN STATE, PAWS AND CIOCCA PROUD!!!

The experience at this dealership was beyond outstanding. Every member of the Ciocca Subaru team was knowledgeable and placed customer service as the most important part of the interaction. Yes, many companies pride themselves on customer service. They need to take a page from Ciocca! My sales associate,Jahlill, was not only very knowledgeable but was sensitive to the customer’s concerns. The Finance Manager was all about the customer’s needs and how this would impact my finances. The internet group was extremely friendly and responsive. And I have left out others and apologize. For each person supports an amazing team.HERE WAS SOME THING I NEVER EXPERIENCEDI was asked when I would like the new car. I said that I needed to return it to the dealership as it is a lease. They offered to return it for me. But since I am in NJ I had arranged with a friend. So they said would you like the car tonight. I explained I had no way of getting the old car home. They said we can drive the new car to your house.That’s right. And they did!!Thank you Jahlil for all you did today ! You are truly a stellar performer!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. It wasn’t just about the bottom line. I felt as though they were trying to do right by me as the customer. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Aarron was my salesperson and he went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. They worked hard for my business and they have earned a lifelong customer. I love my new car!

I wasn't quite ready financially to purchase the car but after searching online and comparing vehicles I wanted to test drive a few vehicles, The Crosstrek checked all the boxes for me and with Wyatt's ( my salesman) understanding and patience with me I was able to return in a few days and purchase the vehicle.
