Scam alert!!!!!!!!!! I bought a small toy and it got broken right away. So I came back to the store to buy the same thing, and it got broken again the minute after I was out of store. I showed the owner and ask for an exchange this time. But she accused me of breaking the item by myself. I tried to say that the toy should not be broken this easily- like after one touch, even it was being inside of the bag. Suddenly owner claimed that I need to take the broken toy and she doesnt speak English. Just BE AWARE people. Scary experience ......

This little shop is crammed full with merchandise, from inexpensive trinkets to jade and silk embroideries. Books in Chinese and in English about Chinese culture too. I was happy to find handsome bilingual books for children.

Don't believe anything this store tells you. They will say anything to get your cash and then play dumb when you ask them to honor their word. In my case, they assured me I could get a refund on a gift for my wife and then when I tried to return the item, they claimed that there was just a misunderstanding. No refunds permitted. Then, they told my wife she could exchange the item for other merchandise only to refuse to do so after she spent 40 minutes finding replacement items. If you simply assume the owners are lying, you should be fine.

This place is adventurous! It reminds me of a local mom and pop shop, which I love. Its a great place if you want to know what the recent trends in Chinese Culture are. They have a bunch of stuff there: like lots of anime books, dvd, cd large posters and comic books (unfortunately the books are in Chinese, but I still love to look at the anime pictures). They have small trinkets let mini fans, brocade purse, lanterns, coin banks, misalliances cell phone charms, key chains etc. Ohhhh, the Chinese movies and magazines adds a great sense of feeling like you're in Hong Kong, China. In the back of the store there were a bunch of cultural items like Calligraphy brushes, rice paper, ink stones, paper-cut art, bamboo scrolls. etc. And the prices are awesome! I've never walked out of any store feeling like I got a deal, but I felt like I did here. Like I said its like finding a treasure box of stuff and it's never ending of little finds. There is a minimum for credit card so bring cash just in case.

This is a local must stop when in Chinatown, it's a connection to all things Asian. From Chinese news paper and magazines to kung fu movies. You can kinda tell this place have been here for a while and it's where everyone stops by cause it's always got a crowd of people standing in the front. It's got stationery, chinese calligraphy supplies, all things culture but also some really eclectic stuff. It's kinda like a hodge podge place of stuff from the other side of the world. Plus, you can also try your luck by buying a lottery ticket here too!
