Jessica truly cares for her customers. I had a dry-cleaning rush order for my 3 piece suit due to an interview scheduled within 24 hours. She did not have the necessary equipment for such a quick job, but she gave me fantastic advice on where to go. She then had the other dry cleaner (Bambi on Broad) deliver the suit back to her store within 6 hours of when I had dropped it off, so that I could conveniently pick it up. 5 Stars. Bravo. I’ve been going here for years and they are great! Always friendly, always on time, and always perfectly clean! I’ve had them clean elaborate gowns, blouses with sewed on beads and embroidery, and even my partner’s tuxedo after a night of partying - everything came back spotless and fresh!

I dropped off my clothes 3/25/2020. The owner lady indicated that it would take longer than usual with COVID-19 situation and it would take about a week. I said that was fine. I called them after a week, no answer. I drive by the place, the store is closed. As far as I know, the dry cleaner is still considered essential business and they can remain open? If they decide to close, that's fine too, but I am worried that it's been more than 2 weeks and I cannot communicate with anyone from the business. I tried multiple times yet nobody is answering and the voicebox is always full. Is anyone else having similar issues or does anybody know how customers can contact this business?

This shop ruined my silk dress and didn't compensate me. All the other cleaner shops did work perfectly on this dress before. On the other hand, this shop had no skill on dry cleaning. They are not professional at all and the owner of this shop has no conscience, scruples nor shame.
I dropped off my dress on 'early August 2018' and they ruined it as attached picture.(It had no stain when I dropped it off.)
I waited and waited and waited for 3 months to hear from the owner of the shop about the solution.
The owner finally told me that she will solve the problem so I waited again but... she didn't!
I've been trying to reach her but she hasn't answered since then.
