The staff are mean and they never fill my scripts on time. I paid out of pocket for my scripts for several years before my dr was able to convince my insurance to pay for it. At that point they took the $from insurance, also charged my credit card, and didnt even send the med. They did that twice before i reported it... woman on the phone scolded me said i should be grateful that they were 'just giving the medication to me for free'. What?? now the charge me 15$ shipping for every script as punishment. (used to be free unless overnighted) and put me on loooong holds everytime i call. I cant find another pharmacy that can accomodate all my allergies and conditions.

Happy Head keeps sending me products and charging my credit card $75.00 even though I canceled my accountbover a month ago. Then they request I ship the product back at my cost and try to negotiate discounts if I keep the products. They admit that my account was reinstated for no reason , but continue to send products but will not refund my credit card account. I have already sent product back to them weeks ago but have gotten no refund. Their guarantee says if you are unhappy ship back the products and you will get a full refund. I would be carefully monitoring your Credit card if you deal with Happy Head/ Chemistry RX Alan Tooraen

I paid $160 for my order three weeks ago and still no medication. Chemistry Rx has sent the order twice to the incorrect address even after I called and verified the information. Terrible experience.Update: Kudos to Chemistry Rx for making this right. My order was sent overnight and they even refunded my money for the trouble. Appreciate the nice response and good customer service. Thank you!

Just received it and realized it’s only good for six months before it expires. That’s a North a lot of money to pay for six months supply.

Had to refills, just wouldn't refill them. No reason given, just refused to refill or transfer. I think I would avoid them.

Kimberly Hunter, who is the Director of 503A Operations, is so nasty to customers. She treats you just like a number. People with all sorts of medical issues call Chemistry RX and you never know what a patient is going through, this is NOT the type of BAD service I'd want anyone to experience. She has a very bad attitude. It's obvious that she is not happy about either her job or life itself. This is not the person who should be representing ChemistryRX. I will share my experience with everyone I know and tell them to stay away from this place.

Kimberly Hunter who works for ChemistryRX is not a good representation of the company. She was so rude and mean to me as a new patient. Please find a new career if you cannot provide great patient service.

Getting calls from this facility, when I answer, I only get a 'beeping' noise. No one answer. What gives?

Hairstim was recommended by my dermatologist. I ordered one bottle. There were very few instructions in how to use it so I contacted the Hairstim company and they said 2 drops twice a day in the area that basically had no hair. I am 82 years old and have a tremendous hair loss problem. So 2 drops in the area would pretty much deplete the bottle in a very short amount of time. Which by the way, was only filled 1/4 of the way in the rather small bottle.\nI am also pretty much disturbed by the Hairstim company and the company that filled the prescription and unfortunately disturbed by my dermatologist. I did some research and found that it is recommended for people under 40 with much less loss than I have. But I guess that is something I need to take up with my dermatologist.\nI also found out that the company in Folcroft PA, had several complaints filed with the BBB, I am not one to complain but this time I do not want to be taken in by dishonest companies.\nDoreen Cohen No stars

I received 2 parcels from Chemistry Rx, one of them was great package, and another was not package properly. They refunded money to me. When I was waiting third parcel representative Lars was in touch with me and I was feel he wants to do the best. He sent the parcel overnight shipping and he was very nice. I got my third package on time and well packaged.

I don't know why our doctor choose this company, but if you have ability to choose stay away from them!My son should got treatment of 2 suspensions, one for 5 days and another one next 5 days.We got a first suspension in 08/31/2021 and started treatment, second one we got 09/07/2021 and lost couple of daysAnd second suspension was made 09/02/2021 and as I said we got it 09/07/2021. It was in regular package kept without refrigerate. On the bottle was label kept refrigerate. Five days this suspension was in Texas hot. Each suspension costs me $79.P.S. they refunded the costs of the second suspension, but money is not so important as confidence about useful treatment if suspension was not to stored properly

First time using chem rx for my Lupus and was saddened that it's so expensive and the compounded medication had a short shelf life. It was compounded in December 2020 and expires in 6 mos (June 2021) and my doctor and I ordered it in February 2021. I'm already down 2 months for use and unfortunately due to having emergency surgery couldn't use it right away due to severe medication interaction. I can only get 6 weeks worth of use but it's best to request/ask for a newly compounded drug if we're going to pay so much and not even sure if it will work. This one hurts finacially and especially given all we go though with chronic illness, Healthcare costs and the mess of the pandemic.
