The worst customer service and the lady was so rude and disrespectful, everyone in the bank was using their phone and even the cashier, she was not in mood of working and it was 9:30 am, I wasn’t expecting that from a bank, I opened business account with chase bank but already regretting it.Other banks all over the world they will greet you. @Chase bank you will lose customers very soon. I am out.

I recently visited Chase Bank at this location, and I must say it was one of the worst banking experiences I have had. The hostess was incredibly rude and showed no signs of welcoming or hospitality, which was a stark contrast to the service I have received at other Chase Bank branches.Upon entering the branch, I expected to be greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. However, the hostess seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence. Her lack of professionalism immediately set a negative tone for my visit. To make matters worse, there was a severe shortage of bankers available to assist customers. Every time I needed assistance, I was informed that the bankers were on their lunch breaks. It was frustrating and inconvenient, as I had important banking matters that required immediate attention. It seemed as though the bank was severely understaffed, leading to prolonged wait times and a complete lack of customer service. In any other Chase Bank branch, I have found bankers to be readily available and happy to assist. However, this particular branch failed miserably in that aspect. The absence of bankers when they were needed was not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of regard for customer satisfaction.I believe that a bank should prioritize customer service and ensure that customers feel valued and attended to. Sadly, Chase Bank at this location fell short in both regards. The unfriendly hostess and the absence of bankers when required left me feeling frustrated and overlooked as a customer.I would strongly advise anyone considering banking at Chase Bank on Roosevelt Blvd next to Ross to reconsider their choice. The lackluster service and unprofessional conduct of the staff make this branch a poor representation of the Chase Bank brand. There are plenty of other branches that provide excellent customer service, and I would recommend seeking them out instead.Chase Bank should take immediate action to address the issues at this branch and improve the overall customer experience.

Walked in ask if there is a sign in. (It’s totally empty) . Cashier said do not know how long is the wait, I replied do I sign inn she said no just have a seat. Waited for over a hour no volume of people ever. Must be very short staff, meaning only one person works there.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with banks.ASHLEY ALWAYS ON HER PHONE.It’s really unprofessional to deal with money and texting or using your phone while there’s a computer there for you to do everything. This bank mede Chase look really bad.And I hope the management reads the comments and reviews one day.this is so horrible for our community.

I understand where this bank is at but that is no excuse for how the employees interact with customers. Regardless of the location this is the worst bank I have ever been to. Employees too worried about their phones and the conversations between each other than the customers standing right in front of them. I shouldn’t feel like a nuisance just because I made the unfortunate decision to go into this location

My fiancé went to resolve an identity theft issue issue today and encountered the WORST customer service from Carol James, Associate Banker (tall, thin, African-American woman wearing glasses). Someone deposited his payroll check into their Chase account so his employer told him to go to the bank on his lunch break. He is a blue collar worker and was dressed in construction gear. Carol James immediately told him that she could not help him because he doesn't have an account with Chase. She said " look at him, he could be anybody". It's an idenity theft issue! He then asked for her manager Everett, who was professional and helpful. Had it not been for him the scene would have escalated with the cops being called. I don't know who hired this woman but she should not interact with the public until she has been re-trained and coached. I've been a customer service trainer for 15 years and never have I experienced such blatant disrespect---in person and at a premier financial institution--- no less. I am also contacting corporate because assuming someone is not good enough to be helped based on their looks is very problematic. Ms. Carol James, that's the least of your concerns because you're quite ugly on the INSIDE. I do not recommend this location!!!

I give 1stars, the manager is racist. I went there for help with my business account because I received a letter to provide additional documentation for my account. As soon I got in the store , I start explaining the situation and he cut me off saying totally something else than what the letter was stating. I let him finish and I reread the letter , now that he knew he was wrong, he told me to go that he will call me back for appointment without getting my number, and I asking how you are going to call me if you don’t take my number? He said my bad. I waited and until now I never received any call from that guy.
