after the getting the run around all morning on the phone and being hung up on by chase customer service. i decided to go into a branch. i had a much better experience. Monica took care of everything i needed everyone was so polite even the people i didn’t have help from checked in on me. i will say i wasn’t in the best mood after dealing with chase on the phone my biggest regret was bringing that energy into a space where everyone was so kind.

I had a really bad experience here. I had come here about a year ago to open up an account.I’m a Chase credit card holder, so they had emailed me that Chase was offering sign-up bonuses if you open a checkings and savings account and deposit a certain amount of money into it. I mentioned my coupon code to the banker at the time of my appointment, Sam Hardy—he then looked around, shut the blinds behind me… turned the lights down… and said he wasn’t allowed to recommend the sign up bonus to me but “he’d try to do something about it”? and even after that and I had shown him the code online to show him the authenticity of the offer, he still then refused to redeem the code for me. It was seriously shady and uncomfortable about how Sam Hardy had to shut the blinds, and still didn’t follow up on my polite request to do the sign up bonus.I had to file the bonus offer online to the online Chase customer service and they said that my experience should not have occurred as I had the right to request the offer.I don’t know if they get commissions if customers don’t get bonuses or something, but something was really off. It doesn’t make sense to get all defensive and shut the blinds, and make sure no one’s listening when a customer was just inquiring about a LEGAL sign up bonus offer they received on the email.

Every time I come here, everyone is so nice!! I’ve never been to another branch (or anywhere really) with this level of customer service and this much of a kind, friendly, and helpful environment!

Yesterday was my first in-person visit. It had nothing to do with their services, but I chose to close my checking account with them. From the staff that greeted me, to the banker Junius that assisted me, everyone was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out within 15 minutes of stepping in the door to close out my account. I would highly recommend this branchFor reference, I had to stop by TD bank the other day and speak to the banker/teller and it took 45 minute waiting in line. Based on this experience, I would recommend this Chase bank location.

I almost closed both my personal and business accounts because of this branch. Micheal Prater is a racist, and his staff are terrible. I’ll never visit this branch or any branch that Micheal Prater “serves”

The chestnut branch has some of the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at any bank/branch. The few times I’ve visited for assistance, they have been both friendly and attentive to whatever I needed help with. And this extended to anyone else who visited the branch before or after me. A+ group here.

The first time I went into the branch located on 40th and Chestnut in Philadelphia, I received a warm welcome and kind instructions on using the ATM to make a deposit. Every time I have gone to that branch, the service has been exceptional. I want to extend a special shout-out to Louis and AJ who have been extremely kind and helpful. Management, these gentlemen deserve a raise or bonus. Their customer service is wonderful and has always made trips to the bank pleasant.

We are staying local due to a medical issue in the family and needed quarters for laundry. Been here before to get them no issue, but this time they said no because I'm not a member and was told to go elsewhere due to a coin shortage. Asked for 10$ of quarters. If a bank like Chase can't stock 10$ of quarters, its no wonder they keep getting law suits against them.

Needed to deposit a huge stack of cash tips (200+ bills) to pay my bills. I had to play with the machine for awhile to get the bills go in, but it wouldn't read some of them. Walked into the main building and the teller offered to handcount the rest for me. Helpful, friendly staff and there's a security guard at the atm so it's safe if you have to deposit a lot of cash like I did.

guys, you need to put some polite and helping associates on the phone lines and in the bank. please ask them to go through the customer experience training please. I used chase in multiple state and multiple branches, i had excellent service and bank is great. This is the problem with only this location. worst worst experience in at this branch. many people have same issue with this branch before
