So we pull up to a sign that says Chase, but no physical building and considering where this branch is located, you really need to be quick and know where you are going .....then we call and get the automated system which states to use the website...keep in mind, I'm driving and trying to do this..If we call your number, there should be a better way to help your customers, with providing directions and include more info.Nowhere is it mentioned, neither on your website nor on the 267 number,That this branch is inside another building.

Deserves -5 stars for treatment of a friend today. Yesterday when making a small transaction nearby, she learned that out of the blue Chase had arbitrarily terminated her bank account (with her autopays and direct deposits). Confused why this had happened, she went to this Chase branch, her local, to get it fixed. Instead, Jasmine there not only wouldn't offer any information or assistance - saying "Chase doesn't need to give you a reason" - but had the gall to tell my friend, who's disabled and uses a walker, that because she was no longer a Chase client, she was not permitted on the premises!!! Chase nationally apparently has been increasing pulling this termination nonsense, which deserves Congressional investigation. But Jasmine and the local branch need retraining as to the purpose of local brick-and-mortar bank branches and the importance of customer relations. They're a disgrace.

Nothing against this branch personally but this was the worst credit card experience of my life. Still charge you after you pay off your balance in full and don't contact you to inform you.

They don’t have personal so you have to make an appointment for opening business account. They don’t take walk-ins.

This review is to warn people who make under $500 a month. If you do not have minimum $500 deposited into your account by direct debit (i.e. from employer and government checks) per month, or have minimum of $1500 in your account at all times- you will be charged a fee of $12.00 per month. As you can see, the less you have the more they take. I will no longer be a Chase customer.

Horrible service, we were told there would be a wait until someone could help us ~20 minutes, ok no problem we'll wait patiently. 40 minutes later a banker comes out and says "oh whoops I forgot I had an appointment can't help you today want to schedule to come back?" You couldn't double check that before you wasted our time?

This is the worst service I have experienced with a bank!! I have 5 pay checks and they would not cash my checks and they would not even call corporate to find out why the system, as they say would not allow the checks to be cashed when the checks are drawn off of jp Morgan bank.
