Had a great experience! I booked an appointment over the phone with Ivy. Upon walking in, someone greeted me and confirmed my appointment. I only had to wait a few minutes as she was wrapping up with a previous client. So friendly, personal, and knowledgeable. Cozy interior. Nice and clean.

I’m a chase bank customer from a long time and but realized it doesn’t cater customer needs with proper information. I happen to visit this branch for some notary work which took me 30 min to drive. And upon reaching the location I didn’t get my document notarized saying it doesn’t have required text needed.This whole situation made me very upset as I called the branch before visiting and explained them over the phone about the documents. I would appreciate it if information was conveyed to the customer beforehand

Unprofessional and totally incompetent employees running "new account" frauds. Instead of entering promotional code for new account, these incompetent people failed to do so, defrauded on advertized bonus for opening new account and when confronted, refused to do anything. SCAM!
