Awful. Waited on the phone for almost an hour. Hung up because i was unable to get through to anyone. I tried contacting them online- and before i could speak to anyone, the agent disconnected my chat.

I have used Schwab for the past ten years and what a shock to get such poor service at this branch. I walked in with my husband to open a new joint account and the one person there handed us a computer for us to open an account ourselves...they gave us no help, information, guidance, literally just left us in a room by ourselves with their computer. We decided to just come home and attempt to finish our set up ourselves. The employee there didn't even get out of their chair to see if we had been successful at what we needed to do. We didn't even realize there were different kinds of joint accounts until we looked it up at home! Absolutely shockingly poor service that could have impacted us financially down the road. It's a waste of time to go in in-person, just figure it out yourself seems to be Schwab's new motto.

High turnover at this branch. The financial consultants keep quitting suddenly and not notifying clients... it's been terrible trying to reach anyone. HUGE headache for me, especially during tax season!! Avoid at all costs.

I stopped in this branch when visiting Philadelphia recently and the staff was phenomenal! So friendly with a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge. Chuck, these employees are outstanding "assets" to your firm!

This is my bank, and although this isn't a proper bank, the staff here has always been willing to help me out and answer any questions I have. This location, as well as the entire organization, is great. I highly recommend them. They don't treat me any differently even though I'm a small account in their huge firm.
