I had a great year working with Charles. The experience felt truly personal, tailored to my goals and needs. I achieved the results I was looking for. He's highly knowledgeable about all things fitness. While I'm taking a break for now, I plan to return and continue this journey with him.

Training with Charles has been different than any gym experience I’ve had. FitWarrior provided new techniques and equipment that I did not have access to before. One of Charles’ strengths is providing a program that never gets old or stale, he was responsive, attentive and patient from the start and has coached me to be more body aware, knowledgeable and motivated on my own fitness journey that hits my own mental, physical and emotional well being.

I've been coming to Charge for about 2 months now and I look forward to every workout! It's different everytime and Charles does a great job of making the workouts comprehensive and interesting. Great group of people and a nice community to stay in shape with!

This gym is amazing! Charles is very knowledgable about many different types of training and uses that to his advantage to combine the perfect moves for every workout. The gym itself has just about everything you could need and then some. Tons of equipment for functional training, cardio, and racks for heavy lifting as well. Highly recommend!

Charles and Aleks are both amazing at what they do. The gym is full of everything you need to have a great workout. The small group atmosphere was great because it allowed the instructors to watch carefully and help with anything you need! I would recommend Charge to anyone who is interested in getting fit and staying healthy!

I have been going to charge for about a year and a half now. Initially I was nervous due to concerns about my level of fitness and embarrassing myself in a group environment, but know I needed to make a positive change for myself. I have been very happy with the results I have seen at charge, I have seen very positive changes in my strength and endurance to say the very least. There are many reasons I love charge: the small groups allow for more individual feedback, the trainers are really awesome and motivating, there are great variety of classes and unique equipment and charge fosters a great sense of community that keeps me coming. If you are looking to just become more active, preparing for an upcoming race or just want to lose weight, charge can help you achieve any of your goals. I hope to see you there!

A few months ago I was unhappy with the small group training I was getting at another gym in the city. It was then that a friend recommended Charge to me and I'm so happy she did. The gym has great equipment and the classes are challenging yet fun, and are always different. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to seeing client success. Class sizes are small and the price is very reasonable. I feel better and stronger than I ever have and I really look forward to my work outs! I very highly recommend giving Charge a try!

I generally dislike working out. I've done the group workout that leaves you wanting to throw up and lie in bed all day. Charge is not like that. It's intense, but the workouts focus on overall performance, improving movement, and preventing injuries. The trainers are attentive and the classes are encouraging, not competitive. The exercises are designed to both isolate muscle groups as well as force you to think about how the entire body is involved in a movement. Six months later, I may still dislike exercising in general, but I enjoy working out at Charge.

Great coaches and program. I love how each class is a unique and inventive approach to fitness. I have definitely seen an improvement in my overall fitness goals since joining 6 months ago.

Great unique space with Very Knowledgeable Instruction both Private and Group classes. Has everything you need to train like a real athlete would. Definitely worth trying out whether you're a beginner trying to improve overall health or a serious athlete that is looking to reach that next PR.

As someone who's struggled with back problems, I actively reduced the amount of activity and the types of activities I was doing just to avoid pain during/after workouts. I came to Charge after a significant hiatus from consistently working out. Charge provided me with the key elements to return fitness as a priority in my life. The workouts designed by Charles are challenging but led in an approachable way and the group classes are fun enough to actually get me out of bed at 5:30am.

I have been training at Charge for a couple months now. I have had a few trainers over the years and Charles is by far the best I have ever worked with. He's smart, creative, and comes up with the perfect workouts that leave me the right amount of sore the next day. The fact that he is a kind, fun person is a bonus. You will love classes or training here.
