These guys don’t even know what a rack and pinion is. I don’t think you want to take your car here for service. They can’t fix anything just replace so probably a good place to buy a used car since everything that was damaged is presumed to be brand new.

I always have my car serviced at Chapman's. My current car is a 2019 Sentra and it runs like a top, They always remind me when regular service is needed and their staff is informative and listen to me.

Hi I can’t even explain the customer service I received as soon as I walked in the store I didn’t know anything about buying a car I always Just brought cash and I really feel God sent me to David he was like a Angel to guide me through the process and I can’t forget Lincoln who introduced himself he was truly a funny down to earth gentleman my day was an amazing time

Daniel R was super duper helpful with ensuring that my car was repaired! The transmission on my 2018 Nissan Altima completely went out. Thanks to Minerva Martinez et. al, vs Nissan, the extended warranty only vehicle kicked in. Danny was able to get my car into the dealership the same day I walked in, diagnosed the following day, and was also able to get me in a nice rental while I awaited the car repairs. Danny saw how frustrated and defeated I was walking into the dealership. After about 3-4 business days, my car was fixed and back to working condition! Daniel also called to follow up with me to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Big shoutout to Danny R with Nissan Chapman! I would recommend anybody in need of servicing to contact Daniel!

The service was very great
And the staff was awesome
During service on my vehicle I could wait in the waiting room area and have nice cup of coffee all-round Chapman Nissan make you feel at home.
