Terrible customer service. Every time I come to this dealer they're never transparent with their service. I bought my truck in for service on a Monday morning, one of the reps told me he would let me know something by Wednesday I didn't hear anything from them so I went there Thursday and they didn't even look at my truck. I just took my truck to a GMC dealer. I'll never come to this dealer again.

Awesome experience! They did their best to help me out and get me a brand new vehicle. They really try their best to make you feel welcomed and wanted, which is rare these days! They helped find a solution to every issue I faced. I will be getting my cars here for the rest of my life. Amanda, Allie, and Robert were spectacular in their expertise.

Our family had a very pleasant and smooth experience purchasing a new vehicle with the help of our sales consultant, Mr. Robert Briglia. He was very personable, humorous, and helpful as he guided us towards getting the car we wanted. Also, sometimes my family needed a little time to discuss or translate some information in our other language, and Mr. Robert was very patient in giving us time to get everyone up to speed. The establishment was very professional and clean, and the location lends itself well to a good test drive. If you're in the market for a new car, definitely come give this place a visit.

I purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime, This was the best experience I've ever had, Dan Staley, Mary Jane Burgos and Lisa Oquendo are awesome. It's the first time we felt like we wasn't being held hostage at a dealership All the paperwork was done, it was a smooth transaction I would definitely recommend Chapman Chevrolet to all of my friends. Keep up the great work guy's, you're the best. We love our new truck. Dan called me on June 15, 2023 and told me he had an Allocation for my 2024 TrailBoss, i took delivery October 19th.

About a month ago I went to Chapman had all the brakes and rotors replaced. I noticed immediately after the first time it rained the rotors would get really rusty, not the area where the pads sit on but the rest of the rotor and it looks bad. Because I take pride in my cars appearance I went back and complained because this never happened with original rotors. John (the service manager) told me they use a cheaper type of metal now. I think it’s unacceptable to sell car parts that rust whenever water touches them especially when you trust the dealership to sell you quality parts. That’s whole reason I asked before I purchased the parts were they original GM parts. I’m very disappointed with their service.
